I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The breakfast offered a delightful variety of options that catered to different tastes, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Moreover, the hotel's prime location near the US embassy was truly exceptional, making it incredibly convenient for anyone needing to handle arrangements there.

The hotel rooms have interconnected phones, which unfortunately resulted in receiving late-night calls from other guests who dialed the wrong extension. To address this issue, I had to disconnect the phone. I reported the problem to the hotel staff, who assured me that they would discuss it with the maintenance team. However, I suggest disconnecting the phone during your stay to avoid receiving unexpected calls from other guests during the night

It was a standard better hotel, I have no comments about the accommodation, everything was ok.

The location is not really close to the city centre, but it was a business trip, so we chose the accommodation based on location to be close to where we had a business meeting. For my holiday I would choose different area.

I 👍 everything about this hotel the service was excellent The staff are really kind, understanding and helpful I'm very satisfied and will return 🥰 I met Edgar that speak my language, he made sure that I can get my vegetarian breakfast every morning he's a really nice person ☺

There was nothing not one thing that I can complain about

Location is second to none. Close to airport but in a handy spot close to city amenities. View from rooms was phenomenal. Kitchen and reception staff are outstanding. They accommodated our families requests (we have a few picky eaters). Also recommended good outside service providers for Covid testing related to travel.

Cleaning staff seemed to need a tip to do their job. When they appeared, we did not have money handy, we thought we could tip later. Next thing we know, a very dirty, damp rag was left on our table, next to food and to the kids' toys.

Breakfast buffet was very good, great selection and friendly staff. For dinner, restaurant had a good selection and appetizing dishes. Room was very spacious and well appointed. Bathroom was roomy and had a great size shower.

WiFi was very disappointing. Twice I had to be on Teams meeting, both times the meetings were constantly interrupted with frozen screens, losing voice support, .... On separate occasions no WiFi connection was available at all. If you travel on business and require solid Internet support, this may be a challenge. For a hotel of this caliper this is below minimum expectations. Carpet in room had seen many spill accidents and could use some thorough maintenance/replacement. Maid service missed cleaning the room a couple of times requiring calls to the front desk for service, which was done promptly.

I like everything of the resort, the location is excellent!

The check in proses when we arrived there was a lot of flying attended checking, for me it could have been more faster! Other than that my check in itself went very smooth!

Staff at the reception very friendly and always willing to help. Great location, always there are taxys at the hotel. Room had a great view to the green areas surrounding.

The proximity to the airport is great, there are restaurants, bars and a coffee shop next to it. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The views from the room towards the mountains were beautiful. it has all you need for a short stay.

The carpets in the room were dirty, especially in the corners were you could see dust build up.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, especially if you want to attend the US embassy or Corferias. The 1st floor has several different options

Not any remarkable negative aspects. The pillows may be improved, the bathroom had some performance problems.

The area very nice and cleaned. Good food on location. Staff was very friendly.

Shuttle bus not a 24hr operation. Had to take a cab on arrival at 1030 at night. Was specting a Shuttle ride.
