Rooms facing towards the east (room numbers X01 to X14) enjoy a great view of the sunrise, the mountainside, and high-lying quarters. However, rooms facing west (room numbers X015 and higher) have no view at all. The location could hardly be more central, directly neighbouring Bogota's old city La Candelaria and other central areas.

Many important services and facilities did not work, such as electric shutters and WiFi. The breakfast was austere, the choices of bread, cereals, and sweet creams and jams were very limited.

Everything was perfect. The service, the staff was very helpful. My room and my view was perfect. Great Bed. I really do not have nothing to complain about. My next trip to Bota I really will stay there again. This was a [erfect choice for me and my 9 year old daughter.

Bogota is e great city. Everything was just Fine !!!! I have no complains. It is a great hotel and its walking distance from allot of restaurants, graffiti and shops. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Personal, location, breakfast, all in all a very good place to stay.

We contacted the hotel before our trip and hoped to get some support for a Taxi from the airport. We never received an answer to our message. That is kinda unfortunate, because they work together with Taxi businesses and were perfectly able to help us to get a ride back to the airport.

Perfect location for exploring the Candelaria area. The room was spacious with a great view of Monseratte. The staff were excellent and helped us with every request from booking buses to printing out tickets. The room was cleaned every morning and it was nice to have a fridge in the room too. Would stay here again and definitely recommend.

Minor things were the shower flooding a little and breakfast when we got it on the last morning was on the expensive side. Everything else was perfect.

The room was comfortable and as expected. I don't know his name, but the night doorman was so nice and helpful. Any questions about the city and he was able to offer recommendations and did everything he could to help plan it for us in terms of making phone calls. I am grateful to him.

I like that the hotel was close to La Candelaria.

I didn't like that fact that supposedly neither my debit card nor credit card were working when I had to check in and I had to go to an ATM machine to withdraw cash to check in. Mighty funny my debit card worked at the ATM and restaurants that I went to that day.

It is a nice hotel. 5 minutes from Monserrat and 3 minutes walk to the Museo del Oro. Beds were great and bathroom was well. It looks like an airport hotel: neat, clean, hot water, etc. I would stay there again.

The rooms do not have AC. Coming from a hot country, having a fan or AC is needed. The rooms are right next to a busy street. If you close the window its fine. But it gets hot, and open the window, its too loud. We did not like the breakfast. Too expensive for the price. Might want to take a look before paying or pay it with your reservation.

Good location to visit the center of Bogotá (Candelaria, Gold Museum, Monserrate) - all about 10-15 minutes walk. The Transmillenio bus from / to the airport stops at 700 meters. The room was big, comfortable, views to Montserrate. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Surroundings at night - but this is a common issue in many city centers. Security is a bit strange, you enter on ground floor after ringing a bell that is opened by reception in the first floor (but anyone can enter when others leave) and then anyone can take the lift directly to the floors with rooms without passing reception area.

Clean, safe and comfortable hotel. Spacious rooms with nice view of Monserrate. Great location. Breakfast is bit overpriced, but overall ok and it’s open buffet. It’s also the only option on Sunday given that all other places are closed.
