The hotel is near to the commercial center in the older part of the city. Most important museums and other interesting spots can be reach by foot (Between 10 to 20 min walk.) The staff is friendly and check is was efficient. The hotel has a restaurant with good food . Breakfast is a kind of buffet where you can choose you items, The rooms are simple with no frills. Bath and toilet accessoires can be find in the bathroom

After 21.00 at night the area becomes rapidly empty, regardless there is a important bus stop beside the hotel. Street lights no everytime function. However there is no reason for to panic but common sense should be used.

The breakfast was impressive. The check-in process was easy and accommodating. The room was perfect. They also have a great selection of channels to watch on TV.

The restaurant was open all day but when I went twice, it seemed like it was closed. I sat with my friend waiting for service and the staff ignored us. When I was there for breakfast, it was great. The area is scary at night and during the day a little bit. I did not feel like I wanted to leave the hotel without an uber.

Location can be very bad and dangerous during night time. I would not walk around this area during nighttime. bathroom is small. towel is old and hard. Not too much option for breakfast. You get random room assign even though you pay for better room. so I would not pay for executive room or superior room. Some room has keycard and some room still have metal key. Hard to get a taxi from Hotel. ask hotel to call the taxi for you.

Hotel is located near Carrera 7, close to la Candelaria, historical centre of Bogotà. Lots of bars and restaurants there. Hotel is clean, breakfast very good and staff very helpful.

However watch out thieves in the neighbourood on the streets. I was robbed by 3 very well dressed men who said were working for the Colombian immigration.

value. this is one of the better hotel in this area. Don't expect 3 or 4 star hotel, but they do their best. Bed is comfortable. location is good during day time. access to multiple bus line. walking distance to many tourist attraction. check in was quick and also check out was quick. some room had keycard access to your room while other room still used metal key. bathroom is fairly small but they got hot water. even sink has hot water. which is rare at this price range. WIfi is pretty good in most area in the hotel. farther you are from elevator weaker you WIFI will be. I stay at this hotel many time. and hotel got better and keep getting better since first time I stay here.

during day time, everything is good, but during night time, this place could get little shady. i will be caution about walking around this area at night time. Bathroom is fairly small and hotel is old and hard. some room still use metal key. It is very hard to get Taxi/uber from this Hotel. it took me while to get taxi/uber from Hotel. especial during rush hour. Ask hotel to call taxi for you. some room has very few outlet to plug all your electronic.

Breakfast and location were excellent

Behind the building there were a lot of homeless and it smelled really bad.

The location as far as I was concerned was excellent. Convenient for Colpatria Tower,The Bullring (photograph only), Bolivar's House, Moneserrate, Guadalupe and La Candelaria a short distance away. The room was fine. I had stayed there before in November 2022 for two weeks and I knew what to expect. The breakfast was also to my liking as in Colombia soup is on the breakfast menu and is a great way to start the day. The choice was enough for me as if you were offered an English style breakfast in that climate you would want to go to sleep for the rest of the day which has happened to me in Thailand.

This hotel was great value for money! The staff are friendly and were patient with our lack of Spanish. The room was a good size, looked out onto the road but not noisy at all. The shower always had hot water. The bed was comfortable too. The location was within walking distance to the main street and museums.

There was no complimentary water and nowhere to fill water bottles. There was also no fan or A/C in the room so it got very warm. I recommend a shower mat for the bathroom floor as it gets very wet and slippery. The location is known as a rough area but we had no issues while there. We really enjoyed our stay here.
