Breakfast is made to order with coffee, fresh fruit and a pastry.

The walls are thin, so you can hear the other guests quit clearly when they speak loudly. The park, which is pretty nice, is surrounded by a busy road that connects different avenues and streets. It gets a bit noisy during the day. Also, it is next to a hospital and there may be lines of sick people outside waiting to be seen. So, for the paranoid, hoping not to walk through the "invisible mist of COVID spray" surrounding an "infected" person, avoid passing too close to these lines. The people are lined up due to restriction on the number of people that can be inside at one time due to COVID restrictions.

The woman that serves the breakfast is super nice. You will have a good start of the day.

Don’t choose a room with the park view. Is too noisy, there’s a lot of cars passing by since 5 to 23. Changed my room with the inside view (less nicer) and had a bad night (1 out 6) bc the building in front had a machine on the whole day (and night). The room with the kitchen is very comfortable. Good price/goods.

The room was modern and clean. Good shower and air conditioning was nice. The lady who made breakfast was very friendly and patient with our basic understanding of Spanish.

We booked the suite so that we could have a kitchen but it didn’t come with anything in it, we had to request items. We needed to have laundry done and they advised it was 32000cop, and we just got it done since it was easier than going elsewhere. But then they charged us for two loads so twice that cost, even thought it was only a regular size load. They tried saying their laundry only does small loads, which doesn’t seem fair. Wouldn’t have gotten laundry done there if we’d known the true expense. The street noise during the day is bad, but not as busy/noisy at night.

This gem exceeded my expectations and the staff were all amazing. The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet area in Cali opposite Parque Versalles and it is easy to travel to different parts of Cali from this location as there are always taxis available in the area. The rooms are very clean which are tended to daily by housekeeping. This will definitely be my number one choice when I return to Cali.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We were a group of about 40 people. They were very accommodating in assigning the rooms so we were all close by. The hotel has a terrace where breakfast is served. After that is a great get together spot. We would definitely go back.

All the employees on the reception are very nice. A special thank you to Mateo. Dont hesitate to asked them everything. Even if the breakfast service definatly needs one or two more employees on the full weekends, the women did there best to service everybody. The hotel is close the bus terminal (about 10 min walk), which helps a lot, if you arrive from the airport or by bus.

Breakfast should be renamed a "continental breakfast". Ie. Bread, jam , cereal with coffee/tea. Restaraunt/bar needs pot plants and flowers. It could be so much better!!!!!!

The staff was the best part of my stay, love the breakfast, eveything was clean.

I wish the beds were bigger at least a full size bed with a better comforter and also a wall mirror outside of the bathroom should be a must.

Great place, I enjoyed my stay very much. I thought the bed was overly firm, but the amenities were great. Staff was attentitive and helpful. The roof top was awesome (dining gym and view).

The mattress was too firm for this body. Maybe have a staff member or two speak a little English. So we can meet in the middle.

Well located and comfy bed. Good quality per value ratio.

Breakfast were the same, unfortunately not as good at the staff attention.
