Excellent breakfast

I did not appreciate that booking.com did not inform me of the total cost. The price listed does not include tax. I could hear music in my room on the 17th floor around midnight coming from a club in the hotel. This was on Saturday night. I don’t know how long the club is open but it was a bit of a nuisance, since I had to get up at 6:00 am the next morning.

The view was amazing. Hotel Torre de Cali is well located in the city and the roof top bar was excellent, although it was not part of the hotel.

The windows are thin, so from the 17th floor you could hear noise from neighbouring hotels' rooftop party from 12-2am. It is Cali however and if you are not ready for noise, pick another city. The Gym has poor facilities, it needs better equipment and some tender loving care. The bath tubs and decor need a bit of a facelift too, it feels like one of those hotels from the 90s. However for what I paid honestly this is just feedback, I'll be back.

Staff was fantastic. Very professional in all regards. Food was quite good and they had their own bar.

The place is definitely in need of some renovations. The place looks old and worn everywhere. Woodwork was scratched and dull, paint was peeling, etc. Doors were simple hollow core doors, not at all when you should have when security is important. Pretty sure a 7 yr old girl could kick it in like a SWAT team. Solid core or Steel doors should be used..Elevators were pretty slow. One side of the hotel is exposed to some dance club blasting music until 3-4 am. Tremendously irritating.

Morning and late shift staff were very nice and accommodating. Spacious, clean rooms. Great views of the city and hills, comfortable beds. Hot water was sufficient. Great location minutes away from a plethora of restaurants bars and grills. View from the nightclub on 42nd was awesome

Slow drain in the shower. Although my room was on the 11th floor the music from the nightclub was noticeable. I wasn't pleased to be asked to take my cap off when entering the nightclub on the top floor.

I mean. I loved the room category I booked. It had an awesome view and overall the room itself was perfect. The breakfast was so yummy. I liked to see a variety of choices and since it is a buffet style it was perfect for myself and my loved ones. the hotel is located in a perfect area, very close to everything.

The reason behind booking this hotel was the “pool or jacuzzi” advertised. I didn’t like to know that there were not a pool nor a jacuzzi. I felt lied to. Please marketing has to make it clear so travellers avoid confusions.

The view was amazing we stay at the 19th floor. Also the bed was uff very comfortable . The location was perfect and safe

Wel the lady at the receptiin she did knew nothing when we ask about tours and abaut a tour guid or even for places that we can go visit. Thanks to a taxi driver he use to do the ride for the hotel but dont work for the hotel he was very helpful and kind he give us a small tour in the city before he left us at the zoo. I think in reception they need more information for atractions when tourist ask for. And the other was that they did not give is the room on time she was busy talking and laughing with other collegue so my friend when to them to ask when are we going to get our room. After that she give us the room after almost 40 minute waiting🥴😒

Great location next to Cali river.. safe area great for morning walks. quick ride to a large variety of great restaurants with live music within walking distance. . Rooms were large, modern and comfortable with a great view of the city. Great value. I will return.

The privacy door for the bathroom was a little askew and squeaked. Just a minor isolated maintenance issue.

one facet worked out of 2...the hot water was very poor basically took a cold shower. traveling from California arrived in the morning at airport unfortunately had to wait several hours before a room was available.

The rooms were very clean and big with all the facilities and the view of the front window was amazing, you have a complete view of Cali. The roof top bar/restaurant was very nice to spend some time with friends eating, drinking and dancing in the balcony. The shower was really nice with a window to have an outside view of Cali as well

This hotel is located in an emblematic building of Cali. The most emblematic, I'd say. The best thing about It is the location: is basically near to everything, from restaurants and bars to malls and even hospitals. It also has the great advantage to be neighboring other restaurants and stores, inside the building. Views from the room are pretty awesome, and as a guest, you have access (with guidance, of course) to the top floor: BEST VIEW OF THE CITY. Perfect for photos. Also, the parking is awesome, and very secure.

Perhaps It was lacking a bit of personnel; the hotel was rather full and they seem to be a little stressed out.
