This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It was clean, safe, incredibly comfortable, the staff was absolutely amazing — very friendly and helpful, the value for the room was outstanding, the location was perfect, the restaurant was very affordable and every single meal was delicious (including the complementary breakfasts). There is no doubt that I will stay there for my next visit to Cali.

Nothing. There wasn't a single thing that I did not like about this hotel. I would recommend it to everyone.

The premises are gorgeous. High quality breakfast menu: wide variety of choices, locally sourced ingredients, skilled chefs/staff, attention to detail in everything, and a truly dedicated staff. The hotel manager greeted us in person and gave us recommendations on the menu. He knows his stuff!

The shower could be modernized. Also please add some tissue boxes, and additional hand towels, or face towels.

it was a luxurious and character-filled boutique hotel, with excellent service and very comfortable beds. It’s also in a great area, filled with fabulous restaurants . the breakfast is fantastic! We travelled with a team and this ours was by far the best hotel!

it doesn’t have a pool and the staff don’t speak English but really, this was such a great hotel that those small things didn’t matter!

Staff was great, beautiful old decor, great location, great amenity kit, good breakfast.

Hotel feels just like your average hotel, no nice fragrance in the lobby or rooms, manager could take advantage of the old decor however it looks like they are rather trying to cover up this point. Parking is limited.

The bathroom tub had cracks idk the tub just didn’t look that inviting for me! I put a towel down ... also there was this guy begging at our window we had to call the front desk but they handled it right away and looked out for the rest of the night so we felt safe !

As a vegan person I did not had too many options for breakfast and dinner, but the service offered me a few custom solutions, so this comment is not a hard feedback, more a suggestion to provide more vegan options by default. When I stay in Cali again, this hotel is a primary choice for me.

Great location in north Cali with a nice crew and very stylish and comfortable rooms.

As a vegan person there are only a few options on the menu card and not really good options for plant based milks. But giving the feedback the crew tries to find solutions.

Good location in Granada. Many restaurants in walking distance. Staff, facilities and restaurant is very good.

Beautiful location, large spacious room! Convenient parking! Close to restaurants, bars, boutiques, and grocery!

Wood floors a bit noisy, bed a little too firm.
