Beautiful and modern hotel, comfortable rooms, good location, good breakfast.

Went with my husband and only got one room key. I requested a second room key and was denied twice, which is the first time I've been denied a room key per guest ever. Totally ridiculous. The room key controls the room electricity, so when my husband would go to the gym at 5:30am the option was for him to take the key and leave me with no electricity or A/C, or for him to leave the key and knock when he got back before 7am in the morning and wake me up. Come on, I was on vacation and in no mood to get up early which could be easily solved with another key. Can't understand.

A super nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood, but still walking distance to the bars and restaurants.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially John on reception. Location excellent (short Uber to main El Poblado streets). Modern and clean hotel.

Really strange thing happened during our 5 night stay. My wife thought she lost 2 brand new items of clothing (a dress and a bikini) despite leaving them in a specific area of her luggage (she was meticulous about this). Before checking out, we searched everywhere and found the 2 items: The dress was thrown under the bed by the headboard and the bikini was stuffed behind the TV cabinet. Members of staff had gone through her luggage and taken new items of clothing and hidden them in hope that we would leave without them. I told the manager on checkout and she checked the cameras outside but could obviously not see anything as they didn't take the clothes yet! Unfortunate and strange end to a lovely stay. No gym or pool.

we are pretentious persons, but this place was beyond expectations. - good location - green and beautiful all around, good area for work in the hotel, clean hotel and rooms, everything that you need in the room/bathrooms - beautiful terrace - good breakfast with beautiful view - the staff was sooo nice - good wifi - water and coffee anytime of the day - helpful staff - nice restaurants nearby - located in a very good and safe area one of the best locations we ever stayed. So totally recommend it.

The room was clean and spacious, with very good AC, perfect for the humid climate in Medellin. I loved the location of the property: It was on a quiet street on the hills, surrounded by beautiful plants, but all the good bars and restaurants in Poblado were within walking distance. So it was super convenient yet very quiet. The staff working at the hotel was also very helpful. All in all, the hotel had everything I was looking for. Definitely won't hesitate to stay there again when I visit Medellin in the future.

The shower. It didn't drain quickly enough. But the water was hot and steamy.

It was good. A decent selection and the fresh juice was a nice touch. It’s a very good hotel but if they wanted to be supreme, more hot food selections, hams and cheese, better selection of teas and that one could choose from, and better selection of fruits would have given the hotel an edge.

There was only one lift in operation and it took absolutely ages to go up and down. The price was also a bit much for what it was. Maybe a small spa or more small touches would have made it worth the cost

Lettera Hotel is a modern, upscale property located in a quiet part of the Pablado district a short walk from many restaurants, coffee shops, stores, etc. I was traveling with my 16-year old son and we both really enjoyed our stay there. The hotel itself has its own bar and restaurant that was quite convenient after a long day when we didn’t want to go back into town for a meal. The beds were comfortable, view was nice from the balcony, the a/c in the room was a needed reprieve as it was quite warm when we were there. The breakfast wasn’t amazing, but was adequate to get us started for the day. Keep in mind this property is up a slightly steep hill from town, if mobility issues exist, you’ll need to get a cab/Uber to get to and from town. Also, it feels very safe in the daytime, but at night, it’s dark and not very populated going up the hill, so even though just a short walk, we opted to use Uber to get back to the hotel after dark. Keeping in mind, it was just me (a woman) and my 16-year old son. All-in-all, a very nice hotel and one I would recommend to friends visiting Medellín.

As I was staying with my teenage son, the bathroom was a little awkward. I wish there had been a main bathroom door to offer some privacy so we didn’t have to change clothes in the toilet stall area. It was a small complaint and we figured it out, but a door to the whole bathroom would have been nice.

The Lettera Hotel is a boutique hotel and found the location to be perfect to start our day of adventures from. The hotel is situated on a dead end road so it was very quiet and also the architecture of the building with all of the windows on the first floor made you feel like you were sitting in a garden even though you were in the city.. The front desk recommendations for dining were outstanding. We are still talking about how great the culinary experience was in Medellin. The Breakfast was included andwas very good You had a choice of buffet style or cook to order. We really enjoyed this hotel and would stay there again.

There is not really anything we didn't like at this hotel. We really like a few cups of coffee in the morning and sometimes the staff was alittle slow in getting our refills to us but gave us time to sit and enjoy each others company and go over the days activities.

The trendy decor and aesthetics made for a very pleasing stay. The hotel was also nestled amongst a mini-forest and incorporated the greenery along with the design. I felt very peaceful and relaxed at all times. Location was also ideal--very quiet and further away from the main bars and restaurants, but close enough to walk to them. The service from the staff was top-notch. Great morning breakfast. Comfortable bed. Lots of lighting in the room. They even booked a private car to pick me up from the airport. There was also extra space for me to work from during the day, so that I didn't have to stay in my room the entire time.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location! It is tucked away on a relatively quiet street away from the busiest parts of Poblado, but is still only a 5-10 minute walk away from most of the bars/restaurants/etc. The breakfast was consistently very good and the staff was always very friendly and accommodating.

The only minor issue that we had was noise from the street below; the windows and walls in the rooms are quite thin and let in a fair amount of noise, but overall this is not a major concern because it's a much quieter street and there was a fan in the room to help mask some of the noise.
