I loved the hotel! I stayed there with my husband to celebrate our 9th anniversary. The room was great, we enjoyed having a jacuzzi to ourselves in the bedroom. The room has an AC but the water was warm. Very clean room and friendly staff. They served us an american breakfast and it was delicious. There are great restaurants nearby (walk distance) so you don't need to go too far to have lunch or dinner and the metro station is also very close to it so if you want to travel around the city you can go and come back without any trouble. We absolutely loved it and we're looking forward to visiting it again soon!

1.- The property was clean. 2.- The nigh shift receptionist men it’s very helpful and anger to give you a hand. 3.- The location it’s very good, couple of blocks from Lleras Park.

what I didn’t like was : 1.- The AC it’s on all the time, the remote control doesn’t work. 2.- The toilet water dispenser gets stock you need to shake it to make it run so the water fills again to to flush. 3.- The shower doesn’t have shampoo or soup holder, you need to put everything on the flor. 4.- I asked for breakfast room service that I was going to pay but they denied and I have to go upstairs to the restaurant to eat my breakfast.

Prime location. Big bed. Cable TV. Sauna. Nice shower. Reliable wifi. Great A/C. Late 1pm checkout. Filtered water stations. The receptionists were really nice (Felipe especially). They booked our Guatape tour for a great price. Room prices are great for El Poblado.

The free brekky was mediocre/repetitive. Jacuzzi on Level 6 was always cold. Tip: yes the pillows are hard at first, but they turn soft if you just remove the pillow protectors.

Staff very helpful and acommodating. Location, location, location. Overall good state of furniture and equipment.

The first room where we stayed at, althought clean, felt very humid. As the room had an only-cold A/C, in a night with lower than usual temperature, it couldn't be used to dehumidify the room. Coupled with the lack of any central heater, it felt cold even while we used some blankets. Yes, Medellin was that cold that night. Our second room was dryer and smaller and felt much better overall.

Location is amazing, a stone's throw to everything you need. My jacuzzi room was comfy and clean. Staff is great. Cleaning ladies were great. Sebastian and the guys treat you like family. The hotel is SAFE for tourists, and away from the sketchy parts.

Another week there would have been nice.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a joy to see David everyday. He is very kind. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms have a lot of space and included a fridge and a jacuzzi. Very nice pool on the top floor. They also organize any tourism activities you can think of. Everything was very easy and taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel!

You could hear nearly everything from outside the room ,also Wi-Fi was a bit iffy

To much noices in the bedroom, people speaks hard during night & day. They have to make some changes to avoid that.

the rooms were smaller and a little tight even for one bed. looked bigger in person. a little too nosy about comings and goings during stay.

Philippe was so welcoming and helpful, we can't thank him enough! The hotel is really well located close to so many good restaurants and bars. The facilities and rooms are clean and comfortable.
