Friendly and polite bilingual stuff, spotless clean, at the center of El Poblado close to everything. Breakfast was very nice with many fresh fruits, egg choices and Colombian coffee. Will definitely rebook when i ll be back to Medellin. Muchas gracias for everything, you made my stay amazing x

Location, location location. Perfectly clean room and bathroom. Very confortable and modern beds. Size of closet is perfect to hang and store clothes. Safety deposit box had digital lock and worked perfectly as well. Shower is confortable and has a rain shower head, which is pretty cool. I had a room looking to the front into the street, and with the window closed I could very easily sleep through my 3-night stay.

1. You can hear guests in the hallway because the door is not soundproof. 2. The staff has an issue if you invite someone to the room. It didn't feel like a security issue, more like they wanted to charge extra. Hasn't happened to me in other hotels nearby.

We had a wonderful time at 14 Urban Hotel! The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything El Poblado neighborhood has to offer. The staff were great, very attentive. We loved our king suite with jacuzzi on our own private balcony! The room and bathroom was clean, spacious and very modern. The room was also very quiet. Despite being in a very happening area with lots of nightlife, we slept like babies! Bonus... there is an outdoor gym half block away that is open to the public and I was able to get a couple of workouts in!

The location of this property was perfect. A short walking distance to a strip of restaurants and bars and clubs. The staff here as well was super helpful. The lady at the front desk at night spoke great English and was so helpful. The day staff as well helped us set up a Guatape tour!

I’ve read that some people complained about the noise from the bars and clubs near by, but this noise was VERY minimal.

Perfect location, super clean, amazing staff.

The beds weren’t comfortable. Also I’m claustrophobic so I noticed there was only 2 little windows that you could open in the room, the rest was fixed windows and there was a metal thing outside covering the windows super close so there was no escape from window if an emergency happened. There was a emergency stairs really close to the room, but that was the only exit.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring El Poblado and the party scene. The staff is amazing. A shout out to Alejandro for making our stay so pleasant. The room was just like the pictures, modern/clean design and spacious. The hot tub in the balcony was such a treat to have after a long day/night. Alexa (Amazon) being able to open and closed the tarp on the balcony was convenient. We also enjoyed the breakfast! Definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back.

Loved everything but if I had to comment... the mattress was a little firm. However, all of the mattresses in all the hotels we stayed in Colombia were firm so it could just be me.

Hotel is located in the heart of Poblado, a safe nightlife area with an endless supply of fun bars and restaurants. The room was clean and had a contemporary feel. Breakfast was nice (cook & waiter were especially friendly).

Poblado is on 24/7, so music reverberates throughout the neighbourhood into the night. This is great if you like partying but it’s unavoidable that the hotel cannot shield from all of the noise, despite noise proofing. I’d suggest all hotels face the same issue in this area. The room itself was a bit characterless, with windows that faced a concrete wall. Maybe that helped the noise proofing but it was a bit depressing to look out at. Staff was mixed - The morning team were really friendly and helpful but the evening contact who checked us in seemed apathetic.

Rooms were comfy, nicely decorated, water was warm. Breakfast good, great pancakes! Location perfect. Staff was very helpful and even recommended us a nearby place to buy a Claro sim card.

Beds are not very large, we as Dutch people didn't fit in it (our feet were sticking out). The hotel is close to some bars, but if you bring some ear plugs, this will not be a problem at all.

Breakfast was fantastic; many options and fast, friendly service. The rooftop was a nice chill place to hangout, though the bar was not open. We were in the middle of the main entertainment district with many clubs playing loud music, but the sound in our room was minimal. The mini bar was stocked with some good snack and drink options - it was 42,000cop for a mini bottle of vino and 2 chocolate bars.

It seems to be common in colombia to have a pretty firm mattress, though it was fine!

The location was great, walking distance from everywhere in el Poblado. Staff was great! We got an upgrade to the junior suite, which was amazing!

During the weekend there is a lot of noise from the clubs nearby, I slept without any problems, but if you are a light sleeper, you may have to re-consider. Breakfast was good, but food was not replenished when it was finished.
