The staff were very nice and helpful. The free breakfast was great! I ate dinner in the restaurant also and the food was very good. The room had a comfortable bed, a great shower, and a TV with Netflix access. The location is very close to the principal square. The pool was nice.

Not much to complain about. But the hotel was a bit on the high end in price.

incredible staff (always aware of little details to make your stay memorable), incredible installations (the room is amazing, the pool side is cool and very private, and the restaurant is probably the best in town), incredible details (the gift when you arrive, the bathroom articles, the snack gifts in tue minibar, the music playlist in the pool, all of it!!!), incredible location (located in the Main Street just a couple of blocks form the main park, all you wish at very short walk distance). We really fell in love with this place!!

Beautiful place, clean, very nice and friendly staff and overall good experience.

The water pressure at the shower was very low and it would fluctuate if someone else in another room was using the shower or flushing their toilet. Also, we asked them to book us a taxi to Medellin airport, and the car that came was very old and broke down half way in the mountainous area and we had to switch cards which turned out to be quite stressful experience.

Nice upscale property in good location. Nearby (two blocks away) offstreet parking complimentary. Generous buffet breakfast.

My room was large and comfortable; but even though there was a closet, it only had shelving and no place to hang clothes. There were no hooks or clothes hangers anywhere (other than two towel hooks in bathroom). Receptionist leant me a coat tree.

Everything about this place was amazing. Room was nice, staff was extremely friendly, and all the details were taken care of. Felt like a business class hotel. Breakfast was very scrumptious, fresh. The restaurant also offers lunch and dinner, which we took advantage of and also very much recommend. The amenities were L’occitane. We felt sad leaving this amazing hotel. Totally recommended and we will definitely return.

Everything was great!

Everything's perfect; The comfort of a modern style wisely mixed with an ancient structure makes this place my absolute favorite. I am very demanding but I can say that we have been pampered all the time by a kind and attentive staff. Our room was quiet, large, with a big bathroom equipped with towels, hairdryer, extra bathrobes, as well as top quality creams, soaps and bubble baths. What is provided as drinking water in addition to the entire fridge is considered as a courtesy at no extra charge. The swimming pool is simply spectacular as is the whole garden available for sunbathing or enjoying a drink. The attached restaurant provides a valid Mediterranean alternative to the sometimes too unhealthy cuisine that can be encountered outside the structure. It is a true gourmet bistro with many specialties also suitable for a European guests. Compared to other similarly priced hotels we have tried on other occasions, this one offers more comfort, style, good variety of cuisine, honest drink prices, professionalism of the staff and much more.

Really difficult to find a problem or negative note. Nothing to report. Everything was more than our expectation.

The people who works there was great, the pool it’s secluded so it’s private, the beds are very comfortable and you can eat and drink all the products that you find in the bedroom and that a nice detail. The breakfast had special Colombian products and they were vary tasty.

Location of the hotel is great, just a couple of blocks from the main square. The facilities are well above what can be expected for the price paid. However, the main highlight was the staff of the hotel; Kelly, Lorena, Sandra in the kitchen, and the rest of their staff sure know how to make a guest feel welcomed and as family. Kudos to all of them.
