Boutique Hotel IBIZA

The location was fantastic. 1 minute from the beach and 1 minute from downtown. All the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Food was great, Joshua on the bar was excellent. Perfect spot to jump in the pool and have a beer after a long hot day at the beach. Rooms were super comfy, the shower is massive. The river right beside the hotel makes for some interesting animal watching. Lizards and birds everywhere

I know it's a town full of bars but it would be nice to have the bar open a bit longer that 6 pm every night. Just makes for a more relaxing stay if you can have a cocktail made for you by the pool. But I get it, they work long hours already.

location was good, close to everything. we didn’t use the pool nor had breakfast. parking was available and check in was fast. room was basic, we asked for a plug and they provided one.

I didn’t like that i had to pay a deposit of 100usd which will be returned after 24h. I don’t see the point since they have already my credit card and I am there at the check out when they ask from their colleagues whether the room is ok or whether we picked up sth from the fridge. cleaning could be a bit improved and also you can provide shampoo and shower gel for 2 people since the room is for 2. we asked thought and they gave it to us.

The hotel is amazing. The room was spotlessly clean when I arrived and was equally cleaned daily by the wonderful housekeeping staff. My bedsheets and towels were always washed and really new, not worn down or anything. The pool area is perfect to swim, relax, and even read a book with a coffee. (the drink stand here is great). The location is unbeatable... staff who work here are so professional, and that was a real relief. Not a single one had a bad attitude or acted lazy. Staff were just super kind and enjoying their work and are sincere. This felt like resort level living, but at a great price. And they also helped me arrange multiple sightseeing and guided crocodile tours and birdwatching, without me getting cheated or overpaying. it's very secure and has multiple security features to ensure guests safety. Everything was being cleaned, inspected, and improved, but quietly like in some zen way.. I'm giving this place a 10/10

Very nice place and good value - modern, clean, well kept up and nicely appointed. Great location - a five minute walk to the beach and a nice part of the beach at that. Some of Jaco's Beaches have some gravel and are a bit muddy. This beach has the same issue, but less gravel and less muddy. Close to main street with great places to eat and drink. Facilities, grounds were very nice - clean and well kept up. The staff was professional, helpful and very polite. They serve breakfast and lunch at the hotel --- the food was very good and fairly priced. My room was great - got a suite for a few dollars more. Great A/C, comfortable bed, comfortable room with nice couch, nice modern clean bathroom with shower. There are two pools, not too big but just about right for the size of the property.. There were variety of places to sit near the pool that were comfortable --- regular tables with chairs, leather couches, and lounge chairs to lay down and read. I had a rental car and was a bit worried about security --- but they had someone sitting outside all night long watching cars. They provided lots of towels --- including towels you could take to the beach. Place is not very big - which I think adds to the level of service.

There is not much to criticize --- it can be a bit noisy at night given a nightclub close by. -- this is the down side of being close to the main street. The TVs were smallish -- but I never turned them on so didn't care much. The main bedroom in the suite was very large and the outer room was long and narrow - somewhat oddly configured --- but this was not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a very good position, great facilities and comfortable rooms

When we were about to leave, we found one of the staff members waiting outside our door. They mentioned that something went wrong on the check-in day, and they didn't save our passports and that they needed to make a copy of them again. On the check-in day, they only needed one of our passports, but when we were leaving, they asked for both. The whole situation made us feel a bit uncomfortable

Location and the hotel was great

The first morning there was money missing from the safe of my room and my cousins room. We notified the hotel staff and open a case with the local police. The police came to the rooms and investigated the situation cause it was more then thousand dollars that was missing. The hotel staff was not helpful at all and they blamed us for the situation and the owners of the hotel did nothing to make the situation a little better. It's a shame that a nice hotel like this gonna get bad reputation because of one single employee that decided to go to the rooms and open the safes and steal money.

Spacious room and bathroom. Cordial and friendly staff. daily room cleaning. close to several restaurants, shopping locations and supermarkets. beach is a stone's throw away. Tour agents are located walking distance from the hotel. Two swimming pools that are well maintained. They make a great Virgin Colada. BCR bank is less than 10 minutes' walk away for currency exchange.

Bathroom Faucet could be upgraded

This hotel is very homely and nice not far from the jaco beach . The room was comfortable and clean the hotel staff was very kind.

I have booked the room with booking com and the hotel charged the hotel fee in advance but i needed to pay again after my arrival with my physical card but the original booked amount of usd 150 still didnt receive back ! At other hotels i made similar booking and for them was enough just to sign my spending . Even if hotel Ibiza charged back my amount the usd 150 still in the air which is very sad ! This happened now over 2 weeks now :( In such cases if the money was booked already i would have not charged the clients physical card again, because as we dont know how long it takes to get my money back ! Just a sign of the client should have be enough as many other hotels do as well !

I have stayed at the property before and will stay again. It is very nice!!!! It is relatively small - not like some of the other properties nearby. Very comfortable all the way around --- rooms, pool, grounds well kept. Clean, modern bathrooms - good hot water, strong wifi. Good food available at the hotel. A great location off the main road. Lotsa great places to eat and drink nearby. Wonderful and helpful staff. The Jaco beach has lotsa little rocks on it. More muddy than sandy. But nice to sit on the beach or at a beach front bar/restaurant and watch the sun set over the ocean. Rented a car and they have someone watching the vehicles all night.

I had the misfortune of having a party crew stay next to me on one night of my stay ---- loud music, loud everything until about 5 am. But this was unusual given my experience at the hotel. There is also a club nearby, so you might get some rythmic thumps late into the night depending on your room location. Generally not bad --- the A/C drowns it out. it was more expensive than the previous time I stayed, but still reasonably priced and worth the money.

The check in welcome was wonderful, we appreciated the staff's friendliness. We were allowed to leave our luggage as our room wasn't ready when we arrived early, but after finishing lunch we moved right in. The aircon was cold, the room was large and clean and wifi worked well. The pool areas were nice and it was a great place to relax if you didn't want to go to the beach. The location was great, close to the beach and all amenities/shops/restaurants etc, with a bus stop a 2 minute walk away for the Jaco to Manuel Antonio/Punta Arenas buses.

We didn't love that our room was right outside the bar, partly due to the noise but also because it has a lot of curtains it didn't feel very private if we had the curtains open. Invariably, we had the curtains closed all day. Would have been better if they had frosted glass or one way glass so we could see out but not other people see in. The bar had weird hours and think it closed around 7pm which seemed early for a hotel bar.
