Beautiful view! It’s so close to the ocean, the thunderous waves at high tide kept me awake at night! I enjoyed the hammocks and lounge bed for relaxing in the tree shaded area between hotel and ocean. An easy walk to good restaurants and little store. Fridge in room with a water cooler. A pair of macaws hung around one day. Lovely beach walks.

The room could use some work - new linens. This was the only hotel we stayed at that didn’t include fruit with all breakfast choices. One choice was fruit (large serving), small serving of flavored yogurt and granola.

We really enjoyed the location right on the beach and the pools and the wonderful staff, as well as being very close to the main town of Jaco - the included breakfasts were great and all the meals in your restaurant as well as other nearby restaurants was totally wonderful! We also appreciated the staff washing and drying our clothes and cleaning our rooms every single day!

The only complaint were the toilets - it would have been nice to be able to flush the toilet paper just like we do here at home - but that is the only complaint for the entire 10 days we were there!

This is a beautiful location with big surf. We loved watching the surfers every day. Saw iguanas just a few feet from our lounge chairs. Also saw parrots and macaws and a brief glimpse of an animal one morning that may have been a possum. The beach is not a swimming beach due to the rip but the pool is lovely. This is a good spot to relax but there is not a lot near here if that is what you are looking for. You can get to Jaco in just 10 minutes or so. We went there once but was too busy for us. Just depends on what you are looking for. The restaurant next door is very good so no need to go far for food. Breakfast was very good sitting watching the waves.

When we arrived we were given the option of two rooms and the one we chose turns out the AC did not work. Was quickly rectified and we moved to the other room. Seems like most of the rooms have bunk beds in them. I think they should remove the bunk beds and the rooms would be a little more roomy. Also the double bed in our room was actually two singles put together and the bedding was made up as singles, kinda strange.

The location was pretty good. Tucked away from busy Jaco but yet reachable like 8 mins drive. You can get Uber in Jaco area. They even have a mini kitchen with coffee maker and small stove and some kitchenware enough for two people (I didn’t expect that but was helpful) and fridge and AC of course. I heard some places don’t have AC. I can’t imagine that cos it gets so hot and humid. You get full view of ocean and you can watch surfers surfing all day long pretty much. The beach in front of this hotel seems to be the sweet spot for the surfers. The restaurants are close by. There is one at the hotel too. The people are nice. I needed a taxi service and they hooked me up with a driver and the rate was very decent(I compared with others). WhatsApp seems to be the most popular means of communication so use that for any communication. PS: Costa Rica is not cheap not at least in Jaco. it’s pretty Americanized and if you don’t have US dollars, you can get from the ATM bank. ATM gives you option to withdraw money either in USD or Colones. The restaurants food price is same as North America or even more.

The ants lol Just don’t leave your food on the table. Honestly, doesn’t bother me at all but may be some people won’t like it…

It was a perfect location for our holiday (8 days) in Costa Rica! The hotel has the beach 15m away, the ocean is perfect for surfers (actually, if you are a surfer, it is a must to come to this hotel). the rooms have a great ocean view - it is perfect to wake up in the morning and hear the waves. You have a swimming pool also in the courtyard. The restaurant of the hotel has a very good food (pictures attached), the staff (especially Junior!) are very nice and willing to help. The portions are big, so you have quality and quantity. Also, good choice of the breakfast, you can eat outside the rooms and you have the chance to meet Carlos and Luigi - very friendly iguanas, absolutely no worries about them, they are really nice! I want to thank to the manager for these days!

it is paradise! Ronnie, the owner, greeted me by name every day, was helpful and accommodated my every need. The staff was very attentive and so friendly. Right on the beach with gorgeous ocean view

Nothing! I would only caution everyone that the tile is very slippy when wet, so always wear rubber-soled water shoes or sneakers

You cannot find a better "right-on-the-beach" property. All units face the Pacific and the one we chose out of two options we had during our visit was between the office and restaurant closest to the ocean.

We loved it all. The first room option had a smaller full-size bed so we asked for a room with a queen, which led to us discovering our personal favorite unit closest one to the beach. The chef was incredible!

This hotel's setting is spectacular: It's right by the ocean, and you can either relax by the pool or just move one of the chaises underneath the tall palm trees lining the beach. The vibe is super chill and friendly, senior guests mix well with Tico families and surfers; everyone's getting along. The breakfast is surprisingly delicious, and I also enjoyed having a coffee maker in my room. During my stay, I was very lucky to watch a surf competition right in front of the hotel: It was amazing! All in all, I can recommend this place a lot.

My room (3) didn't have ocean view (in fact it had a wall view) and I wish the bed had been more comfortable; it was a bit saggy. Some small things in the room were broken (toilet paper holder, hook for towels). All in all the room could have been a bit more well-designed. The wi-fi in my room cut out a lot, too, which was annoying.

Beachfront property you can walk on beach to other restaurants and bars. The owner is usually around and is great to talk to. everyone was lovely the drinks were awesome. The breakfast is at a time for each person and you chose the night before. so you get to eat right next to the ocean with just your family it feels exclusive and wonderful.

The iguana walking around kind of side eyed me but that’s it.

We LOVE staying at this property! Every time we do we have a very relaxing stay. We like that the restaurant in right there and that we can have breakfast with a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoy a cocktail on the lounge chairs poolside and walking on the beach. It's not too commercial here and we love the natural setting. The view is exceptional! Can't wait to get back there soon!
