Everything was superb, the food in the restaurant made one of the best meals we ever had! The rooms were clean and cozy, the highway is a spot away and the staff was lovely.

The pool was too cold for my taste, but there is a jacuzzi with warm water. My issue was with the unsupervised group of children being there and being disrespectful to the guests who were either in the jacuzzi or the pool, kicking them out and jumping in the water. Numerous guests had told the issue to the wellness personal, but not much was done. If it had been a one time thing, I would let it pass, but that was going on for all 5 days we were there. It made it basically impossible to enjoy that part of the hotel. Other than that, no complaints.

Hotel staff is polite and ready to assist, dinner food was really good. Free parking is great addition. Beds are amazing, great bathroom interior and everything was clean. Wellness is not big but has everything you need. Nice atmosphere overall, cozy, feelgood and quiet hotel. Location is good as it is near the highway, easy to find the hotel.

If you want a bathroom robe, a fee is 5€ extra. Not too happy about it as it should be included in the room price for a hotel of this level. Management could rethink of removing green carpet in breakfast area. It makes the area so closed, and the colour is not in the spectre of interior design and colours of the Hotel.

Breakfast included was great, variety was wide. Pool was clean and staff kind. Rooms were perfect, clean and tidy. Nothing broken. Staff were always friendly when in the corridors. House keeping staff friendly too.

Buffet breakfast would have been nice to change variety of food. Everyday had the same variety.(which was wide) would have been nice to wake up to something special every morning and different when staying for a long duration.

The hotel is great. It looks just like on the pictures - big bed, spacious room, big bathroom. The staff was very kind and accomodating. The food was delicious. Wellness was also great, it has a pool (a little bit small, if more than 4 people swim it gets crowded), jacuzzi, gym, 3 saunas and a place for a massage. The reception takes care of everything you need, and in the lobby there are cosy sofas to enjoy if you need to wait for a taxi or read a book.

I didn't like the pillows - they are very thin so they were uncomfortable for me but my friend didn't have a problem so it depends on the person. I'd also recomend more deck chairs in the pool area because there were always more people than deck chairs.

The hotel is very stilish, clean and spacious, staff is extremely friendly. The restaurant offers good dishes, alongside with some good bottles of wine. Spa is included in the price (except massages), bathrobe is +5€ per person. Shops/groceries are neraby, big free parking available just infront of the hotel. Only 25 minutes from Zagreb, and 10 minutes fron Wine region Plešivica - which offers truly breathtaking views. I would more than recommens staying here, price-performance is astonishing!

Everything was superb.

This was not our first stay in this hotel, but we returned to check if it was still the same as it was the first time. The hotel is unique and offers a lot, even for slightly more demanding guests. The pool and wellness area are well maintained and clean. The offer at breakfast is very varied, and the a la carte dinner offers something for everyone... so basically you don't even need to leave the hotel and look for offers in the nearby town. The hotel lobby is spacious and very bright, and someone obviously has a very good taste in decoration because the entire lobby was very nicely decorated in the Christmas spirit. The stay was very pleasant.

Modern, spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. 4 different saunas. Quick and easy to find. Parking in front of the hotel.

It was cold in the room, the receptionist told us that the default temperature is 24 degrees in all the rooms but it wasn't. Especially in the morning. Wellness area lacks privacy because of lights that are too bright. Music in the saunas is just terrible, never have I heard pop and rock music in saunas. There is either no water or no cups in the water machine. Stone beds in the area for relaxing are stone cold. However, it can be overlooked because it's clean and there's variety of saunas.

Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Actually, we got smoking room (which we didn't ask for), but the air inside the room was fresh. Staff is nice, helpful and pleasent. Breakfast has variety of choices. Parking is huge and free of charge. Spa area is very nice but sometimes it gets very crowded because it's not very big.

Although breakfast has variety of choices, there is always the same food offered. There was mini bar in the room, turned on, but empty and not cooling but actualy it was very warm.

The room was fine, we had to drive all day from Dubrovnik, so it was nice to have a clean place to lay before our flight the next morning. Check in/out was a breeze. Bed was big and comfortable.

It is a pet-friendly hotel, which isn't a problem, however, we were unlucky and had a dog barking in the evening upon arrival and at 0630; be aware. Also, google maps wanted us to go through a field, which was clearly not the correct way to go.

Overall experience is very positive. Modern and new facilities, very pleasant staff. Very good restaurant. Overall, good value for money. We will come back.

Flashing light on the smoke senzor in the room - iritated me all the night, flashing into my eyes. Welness is very nice, with diverse and clean saunas, but resting area is not comfortable and relaxing. Steam sauna was not working (broken?) and seem nobody was taking care on this. Also, more intimacy in sauna area would be a plus - to divide pool area from saunas a bit more formal.
