Spacious room, clean and firm bed. Spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, with great water pressure in the shower, very brightly lit and clean. Balcony was large, with electronically controlled blinds. Breakfast was included in the price, and it was decent with all the essentials available. Staff was very active and fast in replacing everything that gets eaten quickly, like bread, eggs, etc. Overall, it is great value for money for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in west Zagreb.

Although spacious, the room was a bit dark since the only "window" was the doors to the balcony. Also, a few rugs and a bit more art on the walls would help make the space feel warmer. Felt a bit sterile. One lamp by the bed was missing a switch (broken), so it couldn't be turned on. The ceiling had a few unpatched holes, possibly from a recent renovation, which felt sloppy, diminishing the feeling of cleanliness. The bathtub trim was loose, with large uneven gaps,and it felt like it might fall apart. Additionally, the walls might be a bit too thin, as it was easy to hear a couple arguing and then "making up" in the room next to ours. A bit more noise isolation would've been nice.

Being at a relatively low price, I didn't have too many expectations. I chose only for the terrace and the refrigerator that I absolutely needed. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the conditions in the room, in addition, it is located right next to a very good Chinese restaurant - I will definitely book here again in the future, even for this reason

The mattress was too soft alittle bit and the bathroom door was broken, please fix it because it's the only thing that can detract from the rating for this room

Breakfast was phenomenal, bathroom and the main room were super clean TV is ok, Beds were really comfy, balcony did it's job, Room and overall service was amazing and friendly

Location unfortunately not the best, Kinda cold in the morning, AC broke but is ok :') The Wine we had at the bar was really hard to open, wouldn't recommend

Really enjoyed my stay. After reading some of the previous reviews I was apprehensive about the hotel however when I arrived the staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I really liked having a balcony. The bathroom was nice and the shower was great. I had no problems with hot water. It seems that some of the previous reviews are from before the refurbishment of the property.

Hotel Europa has a nice, modern, wide, comfortable premises. Our room 316 has a beautiful, big terrace, and a new bathroom. There is a big and fast elevator. There is a huge parking. The hotel is well positioned (about 4km to the center of beautiful Zagreb). Snježana, a young receptionist is very kind and supportive with various suggestions on what to see in Zagreb.

Breakfast could be much better...or could be avoided!

Everything was great. The new 3rd floor rooms are quite large and tastefully furnished. There's always room for improvement, but for a price of a 3 star hotel, you get a 4 star treatment :)

Wish there was orange juice for breakfast, but there were other selections that are just fine.

The hotel offered an upgrade in the same price, the bathroom was very clean, the room was very clean and comfortable, all of the facilities were very clean. The free parking space was amazing. The neighborhood was safe and quiet.

The breakfast was decent, but there should be some more options regarding the menu.

Easy to find. The front desk is accommodating and easygoing. One of the best in a long time. Breakfast was sufficient for the start of the day. Not to much variety, but classic three star hotel. All in all, a very good experience. :)

Good hotel with private parking,close to the highway. Clean and big room with balcony.

There was a construction work going on and the parking was full with heavy trucks, materials and garbage. But still there was enough space for the guests cars.
