Food at all restaurants was very tasty. Even sandwiches and snacks by the pool where of best quality and left us amazed. Stayed at suite which was one of the best designed and most beautifull rooms we have ever seen. All the rooms are with a view to sea and a beatifull old town of Rovijn. Simply amazing! Attention to detail, the location of hotel and staff's friendliness gave us an ultimate experience. The hotel just breathes with quality and luxury. Loved every minute of our stay and definetely coming back.

Location is amazing! The staff are extremely patient and helpful; the amenities are amazing - even for such a big hotel there are so many pools and places to enjoy that you don’t get that feeling of being crowded.

For such a hotel I would have expected a little bit more attention to daily cleaning of the rooms and also wider selection for the buffet breakfast - not every person enjoys waiting for a coffee or a boiled egg. But this comment is meant to reach perfection; we had an amazing stay and definitely we’ll go there again.

Pool staff nowhere to be seen when QR code was removed from tables. Hard to get a drink or food and when you did order you waited ages. Pool wasn’t even that busy. No bins by the pool - I raised this as a feedback with the staff but I could tell it wasn’t appreciated. As a mother with baby I had to travel back to my room with all days rubbish as didn’t want to litter. Annoying and not what I should be doing in a hotel of this level. Cooked breakfast was average but it seemed popular with others. Some staff didn’t speak English much which made conversation a bit stressful as you had to explain multiple times.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The hotel is stunning, the views are amazing, and you cannot beat the amenities (pools, gym, etc.). Our room was clean and spacious and we were kindly given a room with a dipping pool. We enjoyed dinner on the terrace as well. The walk to town is short and enjoyable, well lit and safe. We found that there was a rental car company located on property as well, which was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a rocky check-in experience. We got to the hotel around 11 and were told that our room was given priority to get cleaned. We were totally appreciative and understood that getting into the room early was a gift and not a given. We sat there and watched guest after guest be able to check in until our room was ready 30 minutes past checkin at 3:30pm. Wish we were just told this from the beginning so we could have went into town. We weren’t given any acknowledgement that we ended up waiting past check-in, we were never offered even a glass of water during our wait (we bought drinks ourselves from the bar), nor were we offered to use the pool which we saw people doing the next day while waiting.

Great room with a plunge pool. Excellent views like none other! Huge shout out to the housekeepers—they were wonderful and did a great job. All other staff members were also amazing. Breakfast was great with lots and lots of choices. The gym was equally amazing with every possible piece of equipment you could need. Never crowded during our stay and quite spacious. The lap pool is stunning. Easy walk to town for other restaurants. Do your research.

Babies in the pool NUMEROUS TIMES over 5 days with no swim diapers!!!! Why is this allowed?! We ate at the pool once and the food was so bad, we walked 30 minutes each way for better food. Breakfast is good, come on, step up! As has been mentioned in other reviews, the “walk” in front of the hotel is a dangerous mix of e-bikes, strollers and pedestrians. I was stunned at the lack of respect/safety of those on bikes to pedestrians. Unsafe. Not sure who is in charge of this but it needs to be addressed.

When I visited Grand Park Hotel Rovinj, I was literally enchanted by the beauty of Istria and the inspiring atmosphere of Cap Aureo Signature Restaurant under the direction of Zelijko Lozancic and JJV, at Lurel & Berry Restaurant especially under the direction of Andreija Jelavic, and at Viva Eufemia Lobby Bar by Lovro Brozd. Always a smile and a kind word on the lips a young chambermaid from Asia. The mixture of breathtaking nature, cultural diversity and culinary delights makes Rovinj a true paradise of inspiration for me.

The service gap at Primi Terreni arises from the high standards for all gastronomic areas in the upper part of the hotel, which cannot be balanced despite the stunning architecture, culinary delights and cultured atmosphere. The possibilities around the hotel are vast. Hospitality is an art form that always makes me want to explore new avenues. Despite Feel Good Manager, digital Concierge I would like to have a nice booklet on all the recommendations in and around the hotel, like a la smart-travelling.net : The perfect weekend or week ... for and around the hotel for my individual planning together with the concierge. My guest gift had 125ml too much oil, so unfortunately I had to leave my good oil at the airport. Here you go :-)

This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations - it's like staying with your family, but the ones that actually like you :-). The staff is kind, attentive and most genuinely interested in exceeding your expectations. The food is delicious, and there is a lot to choose from. The treatments I used in the spa were done in the most professional manner. The pool is spacious and the gym is well equipped. This stay was really worth my money and the travel to Rovinj.

My partner and I got a phone call on the day before our departure asking about our experience. While this was very attentive, we would have preferred to give our feedback in written form.

Location and position of the hotel is absolutely stunning. Pool is really beautiful with one of the most amazing views around. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast choice excellent.

Well, in the mornings, during the breakfast staff acting confused and not so well organised. Too long wait for the ordered breakfast. Furthermore, kind of irritating doors that lead to terrace, it should have been sliding doors. And would appreciate nice glasses at the pool. I am aware that no one likes glass around the pool, but some drinks are just not right from the metal glasses. In the end, the service is not at a level it should be for a 5 star hotel and these prices.

They upgraded us to a room with its own pool and a wonderful view of Rovinj which was really nice. The hotels' decor is spectacular. Kept admiring all the reflecting pools and architectural features. The room's decor is quite minimalist for my taste but was fine. I loved the restaurant...we had breakfast and dinner there both nights and the staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient. We found out that we had access to a beach with umbrellas and lounge chairs. We didn't know til the second day. Beautiful resort.

The hallways to the rooms make a really long and dark walk to the elevators. The lighting is sometimes a bit dim for reading at the table. I didn't like that I couldn't use my hair dryer in the bathroom. There was no really convenient way to blow dry my hair. I did it using the little table which had a plug underneath but no mirror. I had to go back and forth into the bathroom to see how I was doing.. There must be some law regarding plugs in the bathroom in Croatia. I would have appreciated having a desk like area with a mirror and plug for this in the room. PS I'm Steven's wife.

Cannot fault this hotel. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The facilities are clean and exceeded our expectations. We stayed for mine and my husband's birthday and we felt very well taken care of. The small details made such a big difference, such as the bicycles that were provided during our stay, the robes and towels provided at the spa, the good quality toiletries that were provided in our room, blankets provided on the terrace restaurant, and just everything else. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with floor to ceiling glass windows which allows you to soak in the amazing view of the old town and the nearby park forest. Every member of staff always greeted guests with a friendly smile and asked if we needed anything. The breakfast always had a variety of different food and warm dishes that we're made fresh. We are so grateful to the Grand Park Hotel and Maistra for our incredible stay. We will definitely be back!
