The Adriatic is a really beautiful hotel mixing historic touches with modern design. It is brilliantly located right on the water front of the beautiful harbour, which does get busy, however, the hotel felt like an oasis. We were lucky to have a sea view room with a balcony, perfect for watching the comings and goings of the harbour. The room was spacious and had a big bathroom too. The staff were all wonderful from reception and house keeping to the bar and restaurant. We received help from the concierge a couple of times which was helpful. Being a guest at the hotel also gives you access to lots of other facilities around Rovinj including sun beds and pools on the local islands.

The bar was always buzzy but the main restaurant in the evenings was often quite quiet which felt subdued compared to the rest of the harbour.

The property is a gracious old building well preserved with a modern contemporary decor unique flair. was beautifully maintained and is in the centre of the old town with views of the main squares and marina. All staff were very friendly and supportive. Staff were exceptionally helpful and assisted us to attend the local doctor when needed and to assist with organising and planning adventures including booking a car for our next trip and offering suggestion for day trips to the nearby islands etc.. Breakfast and coffee, and all the other meals and wines prepared by kitchen and served either outside or outside were of an exceptional quality and delicious! We also visited other places on the the island but found The Adriatic Park Hotel service and quality was the best. The sister hotel (The Grand Park) is well worth a visit and has amazing pools, lounging, meals, drinks and stunning views of the old city. It’s a short 15 min walk, or ride a resort bike or ask for a transfer by the hotel buggy. I so highly recommend visiting Rovinj and staying at the hotel as well. A great holiday in a unique location and a truly memorable experience !!!

The level of service of all Adriatic team. They were amazing in each detail of our stay. In the restaurant, at the bar, when the staff were pickup us at the port, every moment we were extremely well attended by a professional with a passion to serve. In all the other days, I say 100% of the interaction with the whole team, it was very affectionate. I would like to congratulate the leadership and management of the hotel and, mainly, the whole team that with a lot of desire and passion to serve the guest well. Those days on the Adriatic were enchanting and unforgettable. Thank you very much and congratulations on the high level of service. Thank you.

Stayed at the Adriatic hotel at the beginning of July. The location on the marina front and next to the medieval city. Gives easy access to the sister hotels on the nearby islands and the winding climb, along the cobbled streets of the city, to the historic church at the top. Inside the hotel, great artistic decor, spotlessly clean, excellent food and superb service. All bought about by the wonderful people working at the hotel, who made our stay very enjoyable.

There's nothing to dislike.

Our stay here was exceptionally good. From the incredible staff, Anet and Andrea, who could not do enough for us, to the beautiful room, to the great breakfast and the impeccable location. Being part of the Maistra group of hotels meant we could use the facilities all over Rovinj, Park Hotel, St Catherine, St Andrews. Free bikes were available for us to explore. Parking was available outside the pedestrian zone and they navigate that very well with a quick call to them when you arrive.The whole experience was unforgettable.

Travelling in March our room on the corner of the hotel was perfect. The town was not too busy and so our room was quiet at night eventhough it was above the hotel outdoor seating area. We had lovely views of the town square and also the bay across to the Grand Park hotel. It was an easy walk around the bay to the parkland and coast path. There are many places to eat and drink in the area of the hotel but we enjoyed the food and service in the hotel so much we ate there all the time. All the food was extremely good. The Breakfast menu was varied and everything was first class. All the staff were lovely and charming. The hotel housekeeping was of a high standard our room was permanently kept clean and all items refreshed daily. Reception was efficient and welcoming and the staff who drove us to our car really friendly and helpful.

We loved everything! I would seek out Maistra group hotels in future if travelling to the region. It would have been lovely to visit the spa at the Grand Park but we did not have time.

The staff was wonderful, so warm and welcoming. Definitely felt like everyone was willing to go the extra mile to make our visit special. The room was well designed and felt modern, clean and restful. We were able to use the bikes to explore the park nearby. And having access to the sister hotels properties and amenities made it feel like a resort.

There was a lot of noise late into the night from the square outside the hotel- even on a weeknight. Part of the downside of being so centrally located.

We loved everything the staff the breakfast cooked to order . Our room was at back of hotel no view very big beautiful and quiet. The staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived . Roberto at check in . Andrea with advice on wear to eat , organised transport all round good advice and genuine . Lea friendly young lady always willing for a chat . We really were sad to leave .

furniture needs some refurbishment here and there; if you really care about the environment and state to hang the towels that don’t need to be changed, then don’t change them! We got them replaced every day - even twice a day… this is really not necessary…; the room was cleaned, but not thoroughly…

Everything! Fabulous location on the waterfront. Beautiful, refurbished old-building. Delicious breakfast included (try their buckwheat baguette!). Help with parking. Really helpful staff. Our room had two windows, one looking out at the harbor, one looking onto the main square. Loved it.

Arriving in Rovinj and sorting out how to deal with the car was a bit iffy (the center of town is pedestrian only and there is a barrier to stop traffic coming in). The people at the barrier did not know we were coming and so would not let us through to get to the hotel. But a quick call to the hotel fixed everything. Absolutely a personal reaction: I was not very fond of the decor (kind of dark and spooky) but the decor is by a highly-rated designer ... so it is not that it is messy ... just that it was not my style!
