We really appreciated clean rooms, kind, polite and professional staff, beautiful pool area, amazing view from the dining area, large variety of food and crystal clear sea surrounded by tall trees. To be honest, most of the negative feedback by visitors is due to lack of their basic reading skills. :) The hotel rooms don't have air conditioning, TVs and hair dryers. However it is clearly stated. You actually don't need air conditioning (we visited the hotel from 1st to 10th August with a 18-month baby girl and we never needed air conditioning). The forest that surrounds the hotel does what it should do. :) You also don't need TVs and wifi in the rooms. Trust me, it is better than way. If you desperately need any of the above-mentioned, you may simply go to the lobby. Every evening, there was music program and show for the kids with mascot (Pepi) and singing and dancing. We loved our stay and we will surely miss everything.

Excellent value, food was decent, nothin special, but for the overall price I am quite satisfied. The room is small, but clean, and balcony was nice, again very good for the price.

Nothing really. The room didn't have air conditioning, which can be a problem when it's very hot. But this was no surprise, the hotel was very upfront and made it clear that there would be no air conditioning in the room, so can't really complain about it. Other areas are air conditioned btw, dinner area, reception, etc.

The place is perfect to see the beaches around Porec. You can take the tourist train to go into the city easily and to avoid taxis. The breakfast and dinner had plenty of options. It was a good price/value.

There could be more information about the hotel facilities and the area at the start of the stay. Anyhow, definitely recommend it.

Location is great, right at the Sea. The Beach was really close and accessible with children. There were a lot of things to do with small children which made it exciting for the whole family.

The lock on the door to the room was very flimsy... other than that nothing to complain.

The carpet on the floors would need a change. The food was a lot and various, but all the meat would need (much) more spices. Sg. typical croatian would have been great. Vegan dessert or vegan ice cream. More croissants (the were very good ) or similar at breakfast and also more spicy sausages.

Out of 3 receptionist during the daytime 2 were on their phones taking me granted until the head one came and went through my check in. In the other hand, night receptionist was so polite and gave me the best answers posible on every my question I had making the rest of night very pleasant. I also liked the atmosphere because I've noticed older people when I was staying there which was charming and calm with a lot of peace and time for myself. Hotel is huge which is very nice for couples. Cleaning staff doing great effort very early in the morning around swimming pool which was used just a bit day before, following disinfection rules.

Taxi stop is quite far and takes long time to come.

Good location (the beach is very close), cheap, nice staff, swimming pool area is well-equipped, cleaning and new towels every day, music band and mini disco for kids every evening

Small and very hot rooms in summer, kinda similar food every day
