Overall, my experience was very good and pleasant. I really liked the approach Filip from reception had and 2 cleaning ladies on the 4th floor. Bar tenders were below the level you expect in 4 star hotel. Nothing really bad happened, but they can improve on basics (bring water with coffee, ask do you want something if you sit in the lobby, etc)

Noise isolation in rooms could be better.

Totally family friendly hotel with lots of activities for children from toddlers to adolescents. Amazing choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Location is nearby the beach and pedestrian zone to the center of town. Bar in the hotel offers amazing sort of drinks and staff is always available. All in all, place for leisure and pleasure for whole family.

Food excellent Ambiance good

I accepted a disabled room so that I could be on the same floor as my daughters room, but the bathroom shower flooded the bathroom and was very dangerous for me at 74 years. I should have changed the room, I’m sure the hotel would have obliged but we were on a very busy business trip and we didn’t have time to mess about.

The buffet breakfast and dinner was exceptional, both the meals and the staff The pool was nice too The kids facilities (Marlo Club) programs all day isa great help for parents, I highlight staff Zvonimir who was very supportive to our son, highly appriciate the effort

Amazing breakfast and dinner, nice big rooms, 2 toilets. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was nice decorated - Christmas spirit. For kids - few amazing playgrounds, clown show.. you can spent all day in a hotel with a toddler even on a rainy day.

Unfortunatelly this weekend indoor pools were closed. And paying 3€ for a parking/per day. Not a lot, I'm just not used that you are paying in a resort like this for a parking.

I loved the Maro Club and all the playrooms.The animation programs and the staff who took care of children and were preparing the everyday program was excellent and helpfull.Also the outdoor pool with the restaurant were amazing.

I was sorry that our stay was so short.

Breakfast and dinner, were very delicious, and has wide variety of food, drinks, and cakes. The entertainment centre is amazing , not only for children :)

At the first days seemed funny that wasn't able to find small spoon in the restaurant. However to see everybody mixing the caffe with knife or fork , it's not worthy for the quality level of the hotel. The bed in the room was uncomfortable (too soft, due to the old age of the mattress)

This is a very pleasant & comfortable hotel! We were positively surprised at this great hotel for families, sports & leisure - it has a nice wellness centre with saunas and an indoor pool which is large enough and warm enough, brilliant gaming rooms for teens & family and a large kiddies centre for the younger ones, a huge foyer and bar with lots of sitting areas to relax & enjoy a drink. The staff is very friendly and helpful at all times! A huge compliment for the amazing buffets with all the efficient cooks & service staff! We are so happy to have found this hotel in the off-season before the masses arrive (10 storeys) as there is enough to do indoors when the weather is not so warm out. The 15-20min walk to Poreč along the sea-side is beautiful next to the woods and parks with plenty of playing and sitting areas to enjoy. Everything is included in the booking price including indoor-pool, playing & gaming areas. The only exceptions are: parking €3/day - I find that reasonable as lots of hotels either don‘t have parking or charge more per day. The sauna costs €10/session per Person. The bathrobes cost €3/person for the whole stay. Juice and water in the restaurant are free - other beverages are added to the bill. The normal double-rooms are comfortable and nice. The bathrooms are a bit dated and small. We had 2 kids in the adjoining twin-room. We booked an extra night and got a new junior suit for nearly the same price as the twin-rooms which are new rooms that are tastefully decorated and the bathrooms are much more modern and spacious. The only thing is that these rooms are louder.

The staff was excellent, very polite and professional. I arrived just after dinner hours had ended but they offered to make me a cold plate if I desired which was very nice. The location is great, they also have their own private beach lounge area. My room had a balcony with sliding doors which I loved. Breakfast was 10/10! Omelette station, fresh pastries, attentive wait staff, I could go on. I love this hotel.

The building and facilities are outdated once you get to the room but everything worked, so I can't really complain. The bed had a deep rut in the center of the mattress so I rolled into that when I slept.

Maro Club and other kids' facilities, awesome meals and the restaurant itself. Clean rooms, water bottle in the room on arrival, free water supply on our floor, nespresso coffee in the room, room service, sustainable approach, friendly staff
