This is a two-star hotel, so my expectation was not so high. But the breakfast was very good (for European taste). I expected four beds in the room and there were five. The receptionist was very helpful in ordering a taxi at the right time.

There were no curtains in the room, but the owner is extremely helpful and put up material to block the light, so that was no problem and the curtains will be installed soon. There was no holder to put soap into. The hotel is about one and a half kilometers from the first sights of the city and three kilometers from the centre. However, there are buses every five minutes that stop outside the hotel.

It is family hotel, you can really see their genuine care for guests. From helpfull and charming receptionists to hard-working cleaning ladies -spotless mirror and toilet. I have been all over the world and know where to look to check cleanliness ( OCD :) - they passed. Free parking, close to the city center, good public transportation connections, good father's "rakija" and mother's cheese strudel and definately the best -comfortable bed is all you need!

You must take into consideration hotel ranking, if you notice minor oversight, but despite all that I return each time 'cause you get what you paid for- and much more.

The price meets the value. If you are okay with walking, the hotel is within a walkable distance (30-35 ish minutes) from the main sightseeing spots. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was a TV with an access to YouTube, and Netflix (provided you have your personal account). The staff was friendly, and the hotel is also close to a bus station.

It was a bit noisy, especially late at night and early in the morning. The WiFi in our room wasn't great, at least not for me as I could not connect to it properly at almost any time (but it connected just fine downstairs). We had an uncomfortable situation where we were not told that the reception closes after 11 pm so the first night we got stranded outside for about half an hour until someone appeared to open the door for us as it was locked, so be careful. There is a door-bell, though.

I recently stayed at Hotel Fala in Zagreb and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm welcome and making my stay comfortable throughout. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, exceeding my cleanliness standards. The hotel's location was ideal, providing easy access to attractions and amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful staff, clean rooms, and great location.

The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city which is not far from the city center. It has a good connection with public transport. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and very polite. The offer of this hotel justifies the price and I would recommend it to anyone who needs an overnight stay during a business trip. It's nice that the hotel offers free parking.

Thin walls that are not soundproof.

Clean, cosy, close to centar, close to public transportation, enough parking, helpful staff... few room types for all kind of budget. Oh, yes, comfortable bed and greeeeeat coffe and eggs and cakes❤️!

Everything is as was expected. For a good price you get a nice room, sufficient breakfast and a great location near the highway ( easy to get to any location in Zagreb by car ). The room could use a little tune-up, but it served it's purpose and we will definitely return.

If you are picky and get all fussy with little things, go to a hotel with five stars and pay 3,4 times more for it. If you need a place to crash for a few days, that is safe, warm, and gets you feed in the morning, this is it :)

A very functional hotel and a good value for money. Location is near the centre yet in a quieter area. The owners have put great effort into making the hotel functional - it’s also kept very clean and provides all necessary comfort. Comfortable beds and a very good shower. Breakfast provided all that is needed to start the day. The free parking is a great bonus.

the refrigerator was not working properly - after turning it on our products were even warmer than they were before. Also it was really noisy in the morning, the noise started around 7 am probably from garage near the hotel. The doors are pretty hard to lock, but not a big problem when you get used to them

Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. The breakfast wasn't something special but there was something for everyone.The parking space was big enough to accommodate the cars. The location is not also not bad as it took us only 25min walk to get to the city center.

The airconditioner stinkt. The staff wrote my note down and said they have cleaned it a month ago but will call for a new maintenance check.
