Maja from the front desk team was a real star! She took care of us, gave us a wonderful room, found a food delivery for us when every single place was already closed, ordered it and brought it up to our room! I couldn't find hair conditioner and she made sure to find a small bottle for me. Maja is exceptional and went above and beyond! Thank you for the amazing experience in Zagreb :)

The location is a bit far from the center and all shops and restaurants shut down at about 9 or 10. We took this location because it was close to a car rental agency.

We had the amazing room on the 6th floor with great panorama views facing north towards the center city and the hills behind it. I loved it and would have liked to stay some extra nights because of this. The room was very spacious which is convenient in any case. There is also a fridge, not stuffed as a mini bar, but very practical for us as we had quite some drinks and food to keep cool. Lady at the check in deserves some special credits as she was really helpful and explained directions for public transportation and such. Thanks!

Breakfast was not more than OK. I would have appreciated a bit more cooked to order options instead of cold fried eggs that were made and waited too long for people to eat. Some extra veggies etc. would also be welcome. As the hotel was not really cheap (100 euro's p/n incl. parking) for Croatian standards I expected a bit more from the breakfast.

Clean room, quite spacious. Good bathroom and had air con. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Plentiful breakfast with lots of choice.

Very comfortable bed, quiet room, good view. Toilletes very clean and modern. Stuff very respectfull, every wish they make possible. I would come again.

Nice stay. The room was pretty but still simple, clean and had everything we needed. Location is decent, 15 mins away from the center (by tram). The tram arrives in very long intervals though which is a bit annoying.

The elevator is very shaky, we needed it to get to the 6th floor but it was an adventure each time. The restaurant is a bit too cozy, many tables in a small space, but it was still nice.

The location was great and the underground parking was very convenient. The reception desk being open 24 hours was also very helpful. The room was on the small side but adequately clean, and the bathroom was large enough.

I can't think of any negative points about this hotel. Perhaps it was a bit on the pricier side, but due to it being in a convenient location, it was an easy decision to stay here.

Great location, easy to reach every part of Zagreb. Room is quite comfortable, big plus is very big toilet.

Unbelieveably lood traffic light in front of hotel. I love to sleep with open windows, but here it was impossible. If you get a room on higher level (we were on 3rd) or on the opposite side of hotel, I believe there would be no problem of this kind.
