Personally, this hotel was right up my alley. I really like these older type of hotels and it was well-maintained.. a mixture of old style with some upgrades and renovations. I, for one, love the Yugoslav vibe that this hotel still has. It allows for some character while also not being expensive. Everything most people could want is available here - clean, safe rooms along with a nice lobby and dining room. There are plenty of hotels in Zagreb now where you can pay twice the price if you prefer a more modern experience for the short time you're there.

I thought, given the reviews, that this hotel would not be a good place at which to stay. I was wrong. I spent alot of time reading the reviews and then decided to take a chance. I can assure you that in the vast majority of the cases, there are low scores for this establishment simply because people today now want modern luxury, and have therefore penalized this hotel for being a bit older. Aside from the beds not being very comfortable, everything else was satisfactory. The hotel is still quite charming with a large lobby area. It's definitely a bargain for anyone not wanting to always spend alot on hotel rooms every night.

The breakfast was good, basic but good, the room was good, the parking was adequate, the best thing was the young male receptionist who spoke many languages ​​and his charisma and good treatment was spectacular.

The hotel location is great. It is close to the City Center. Restaurant inside the Hotel is really great. It is good as a value for money.

Nice, clean, and tidy rooms, but the bathroom is small and the bathtub is ridiculously small makes me hate to use it. Staff are not addressing your issues as fast as you wish and always are overwhelmed with something.

Clean, spasious suites. Good triples. Hudge hotel, not too much renovated. Very helpful staff at the reception and the restaurant. Plenty of parking. Not very central.

One of the suites smelled of smoke all the day and night, which was bad for children and adults ,thought the suite was one of the nicest. Breakfast was poor.

Charming receptionist made for a warm welcome. Comfortable bed and exceptional service in the dining room. Advice on local specialities and wine contributed to a very enjoyable meal. Advice on public transport from night porter made for a very efficient start to my sightseeing day in Zagreb.

Very friendly staff. Good location. Nice pizzeria across the street. Has a spacious parking. We had possibility to check in even around 22 o'clock. Good breakfast just missing some fresh vegetables.

The information about the booking could be more clear as in the app it says that check in is before 6 p.m.

The isolation is not good because you can hear voices of people through the hallway; the shower water preassure was not good.

A 20 minute walk to downtown which was great. An excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff with directions and places of interest.

Quick check in, the room was comfortable and clean. Inside there was an ac. Location is quite good, not the city center but a quiet street.

Not all stuff members know English, so they couldn’t help me at some point. But on the next day everything was solved.
