Cool interior. Nice (paid) (valet) parking with charging possibilities. Old center is pretty close.. Nice and helpful ppl throughout the hotel and bars! Felt welcome. We got a upgrade from a single 4 to 2x a double next to each other which was actually great :)

The hotel popped up whilst looking for family friendly hotels with swimming pool but i missed the line were it stated adult pool only. It wasnt the end of the world and at least the kids could have a look and take a few pictures. But the pool isnt ideal for kids after seeing it so i understand the decision. So this is more a tip than a complaint ;)

There was an amazing Glas elevator with a beautiful look on the city. The Bar on the top of the building was just as amazing as the view, a wonderful pool with the same amazing 360° view of the city and it's landscape. The Personal was fantastic and very thoughtful an overall amazing experience that you have to experience at least once. The room we choose "The Spacebath", had a beautiful look on the city directly from the bathtub making it a romantic experience at night or day. The check in and out went fluently with out any problems and the parking was secure, having cameras and a gate to enter the parking lot by car. Overall amazing will likely visit again!

The Hotel was very focused on designs losing some of its practicality, so more good looks than actual use? The bathroom couldn't be closed completely so there wasn't much privacy. The shower in it's self looked amazing but didn't have a tilt or a door to close it so the water went everywhere

Only that we didn't stay longer! Loved the hotel! One note is that it would be handy if you could get some food other than sushi while at the pool. Even if it was chips or crisps or something. I was starving and had to go from 20th floor down to bottom floor to order a sandwich that was pricey and took 20 minutes.

Very modern and minimalistic design, amazing breakfast. All amenities are completely new and the rooftop pool looks nice. Staff is generally polite and rooms were perfectly clean each day of the stay. Bed size was above all expectations and mattress was perfect for a good nights sleep. Choice of food for room service and dinner is decent.

Too dark. Might not be for everyone’s taste. Bathroom could use stronger lighting, it’s hard to do proper make-up there. Windows could not be opened, so the only air coming to the room is through somewhat noisy ac. Long queue at the check-in and staff is not on the level of 4-star hotel: during the check in we were asked why do we have 2 separate rooms for 2 people? Since the property is relatively new I guess it will improve with more experience.

Pool is only for 18+ guests and free for Zagreb citizens. It is not alowed for teenagers who are stayibg in hotel.

The room was wonderful, above expectations. Large, with a splendid view, 2 bathrooms, a bathtub near window, 2 beds, 2 big screen tv and a hammock. It's somehow addictive, you need a strong will to leave the room and go to visit the city. I also need to mention the pool from 20-th floor, you can't miss it. I really don't understand why is only a 4 stars hotel, I have been in many 5 stars hotels which were not even close to this one. Maybe the distance from the center is the reason, I don't know. The hotel is a bit far from the center, but you can take the tram 9 or 12 and you will get there in 10 minutes. The street near the hotel was also very nice, many shops, cafes, pizza shops, bakeries and so on.

The distance from the center of the city is not such an obstacle for people who like to walk. The street near the hotel was very nice and the trams go very fast.

-Rooftop/pool/bar -Rooms -Facilities -Staff.....Staff...and Staff -Location -Zagreb is a small city if you like walking every major landmark are within less of 3 km walk of the hotel. Although I used Uber (cheap...cheap uber fares) for some trips, I mostly walked everywhere as it is the most efficient way to visit any places you go around the world. I went to all the neighborhoods in Zagreb, mostly by feet from this Hotel,, keep in mind affluent neighborhoods in Zagreb do not necessarily look like what most would be used to in Asia, Middle East and/or North America. This said, I truly recommend this Hotel!

I didn't actually mind it as I am a hard sleeper, but if you are traveling with kids and/or like peace, please avoid the Top floors. The Hotel has 19 floors of rooms and the 20th is the pool/bar. I was on the 18th floor, and when events with loud music was happening on the rooftop, you will definitely hear it in your room. To avoid, just join the party or try to get a room on lower floors.

Breakfast choice, quality, staff and restaurant interior and ambient surpass *any* other Zagreb hotel that I've stayed in, *ever* (and that includes many of those that are considered to be among the best). Room is cosy, with large window and a lot of light, view of the city is an extra bonus. TV set offers airplay for your personal devices. It is a normal thing today, but it was still a pleasant surprise. Staff is very friendly and helpful, all around (valet, receptionists, housekeeping, cocktail bar, breakfast). Also, all pre- and post-check in communication was swift and accurate. Thumbs up!

I don't like the overly dark interior decoration style. But that's a matter of taste, and (for me) it's irrelevant for my stay. It would also be nice if the window in the room could open, for some fresh air (but I'm aware this isn't something that could change easily). One thing that they really should improve is parking. Hotel proprietary parking is of limited capacity so they don't take parking reservations (it is subject to availability). I was lucky :-), but I prefer planning over luck. There is public street parking in the surrounding streets, but it's not an easy task, and it is time-limited.

The hotel is worth admiration for multiple reasons. Most notably, we were astonished by the urban cosmopolitan concept that is no copycat but the result of Croatian know-how. As such, the hotel has set the bar for Maistra’s selection of City Vibes hotels. Secondly, the size of the hotel enables larger conference groups to stay in one hotel. Up to now, that has been Zagreb’s Achilles heel. Thirdly, the hotel sells experiences and not just hotel rooms. The lobby is the heart of Zonar Zagreb, functioning as an experiential living room. Fourthly, the hotel was renovated with the needs of the event organisers in mind. Lastly, the designers had the courage to address the trends and changes in the market. Generation Z will be grateful for the youth-in-mind approach they adopted. Even older generations may find the hotel dear to their heart. As we wrote, not everything is yet functioning at the moment. The hotel thus has work ahead in terms of improving staff. Luckily, the personnel has a positive attitude and unwithering enthusiasm, visible during breakfast. To summarise, the region has gained a lifestyle meeting hotel with a bright future. We do not doubt it will acquire a faithful pack of followers.

The staff was a bit confused at the reception. Even though we completed the fast check-in process (another lauded service of the Maistra Hospitality Group), we had to wait over ten minutes during check-in. The hotel is striving for personalisation but will have to go the extra mile in the future.

Very confortable bed. Clean, food was good and kids no paying for breakfast and dinner is a plus.

kids not allowed in the pool, this should be very clearly stated in booking page and confirmation email. I was very disappointed cause i choosed the hotel because of the swiming pool, but they found me q solution and i had free transfer to a 5 hotel swiming pool if i wanted.This was highly appreciated.
