Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location within walking distance of Seafront Walkway and the Airport bus. Breakfast was good. Pool nice bonus. Upgraded room a plus. Enjoyed the balcony. I would recommend, with the advice of bringing your own pool towel as noted below. And I am returning again at the end of my stay.

No pool towels and not allowed to use room towels at the pool??? So, I think it would be very helpful to say bring your own pool towel in advertising, so people know to bring their own towel. No provision of a towel for swimming in the pool, even to rent is unusual to say the least.

You get what you pay for. Hotel when you just wants to use it to sleep. Very good location. 15 mins walk to city center. 5 mins walk to the beach. Very Basic rooms. Nice personnel. Very basic breakfast and the same every day. We took the dinner and it was very nice and very tasty. It is in the other hotel (Best Western Larco) - dinner was the best part of stay in the San Remo. Without the dinner, my rate would be 5-6.

1. Cleaning service during your stay is nearly not existing (cleaning lady just fold sheet without any care and put toilet cleaner to the toilet). We needed to exchange towels on our own from the cleaning trolley 2. Rooms for sure should be refubrished. 3. Very Basic pool. I haven't had enough courage to try. Fance gives very bad impression. 4. Very thin walls. You even hear somebody's snore from other room.

-the receptionist was very positive and polite -near the beach -has a swimming pool, however I visited only beach -near the bus stop to/from airport, easy to get -the room was clean -WiFi in a hotel -I came earlier and they allowed me to check in earlier

-the hotel is very old, furniture is old, but staff trying to keep it clean -breakfast for all 4 days was the same (toast bread, margarin, cheese, 2types saliami not very good quality, boiled eggs and tomatoes/cucumbers, white sauce, fried bacon was tasteless ) -the doorhandle was broken

One of the few in the area for the price that has a swimming pool. Clean & tidy with very friendly staff. Breakfast good with decent choice of items. Rooms were clean with enough storage space. About a 20 minute walk to the main area of bars but a few nearby too. About 10€ in a taxi so cheap enough if there are a few of you. If you have a late flight back maybe think about booking an extra night after you arrive as we were able to do that at a very good rate then you don’t have to worry about checking out early & storing luggage and you would have your room until you head to the airport. Remember this is a two star hotel so it doesn’t have all the luxuries of a four star but it’s not four star prices. Excellent value for money in my opinion particularly if you want to have a swimming pool.

Slightly further out from the main town than I thought but not really a problem.

First of all i must explain that im not a normal guest maybe, since i lived in hotels for the last 5 years almost never lived in apartements. My review may therefor be a little unusual. Normal is that you get what you pay for. But not here. you get more i think. its rated as a 2 star but in my opinion it should have 3 stars. The menagement meet all standards to be a 3 star hotel with 24 hour front desk and different services to use if needed. It would be rather easy if they would have higher scores. Check in smoothly and fast. Room at entrance clean nice bed lots of towels also hairless bedlinnen. The bar in lobby area a bit outdated and cold as hell. it was colder in the seating area then it was outside. As a regular barcustomer i look at the variety of bottles and it strikes me that almost all types are low budget to me unknown names of brand. Only thing i recognized is Carlsberg and that was on Draft. Next day breakfast since i had that included in price. it was like i was prepared for. Juice in tiny glasses so you need to drink like 4 of thoose to get same amount as normal glas. coffee and tea cerelas and milk. then 2 toaster that had a struggle to even the slightest get my bread toasted. aftrer 4 min in toaster i gave it up. there was my favourite BBS Bean Bacon and Sausages i loaded up on plate. then variety of things to put on toast. Butter Jam Cheese in slice Ham in slice some veggies and youghurt. So sit down in a comfy area not noisy as theese areas normally are. Started with a sausage on my fork. oohhh no it was ice cold,, tried bacon cold also and same with beans. so little disapointed there. But told manager that and next day much better heat there. So conclusion from me is. This is a nice hotel close to beach,with small adjustments here and there it could easy get 3 stars instead of 2. Pricewise i got MORE then i could excpect at this pricelevel. Close to airport and more.

This is under new management so they are undergoing areas bit by bit. And all takes time. But little to much information missing Homepage tells you that there is roomservice and you can order things from there and also that there shoul d be a minimarket or something so you can buy a bag of crisps. no where i can find sign of this things, asked the bartender if there is a place nearby where you can eat som food, he told he could do sandwisheor toast i said perfect. But toast was cold not warm toastie so i said no thanks. And i dont like all this i dont even no the name of liquerbrands. looks really cheap and as customer you dont pay for some unknown things.

Booking.com gave me the best possible hotel. As compared to other hotels nearby, San Remo room charges are the best. Value for money. I paid Euro 5.00 daily for the breakfast which was Excellent. The hotel gave me 3 single beds room. I was alone (one person) so ideally I was given one single bed room with some space to walk. The light in the room was not enough because I work on the laptop most of the time. The hotel is located bit far from the market but there is one grocery shop located near the hotel. Later, I found out that there is a bus shuttle which has a stop 290 meters away from the hotel and this bus goes straught to the airport. So, on my way back to my country, instead of calling a taxi and pay Euro 20, I walked to the bus stop and got the bus, paid Euro 2.45 and reached the airport in 15 minutes time. The man at the resception, Mr. Danny has been very friendly and cooperative. If I go to Larnaca again, I would stay at the San Remo hotel again.

The light in the room. The lift has a jump before the door opens. The weighing machine is not free of charge, it costs Euo 1.00. It should be free. The check out time is 12:00 p.m. standard all over the world but San Remo check out time is 11:00 a.m. But I had to leave around 10:30 a.m. because of my flight.so no problem for me.

The location is ideal as it's close enough to the town centre (20 min promenade walk) but far enough away for peace and quiet. Its also just a 5 minute walk to the best beach in town. I travelled solo but for a family I think it would be perfect,with a nice pool too as long as you don't expect luxury. Yes, there are a few nicks and scratches here and there, but nothing that bothered me. Breakfast was OK with a selection of hot ( and yes for a change it was hot) and cold food though some pastries would be a nice addition. For the price I paid it was a great place to stay for 4 nights and would gladly have stayed longer. Should also say all the staff I encountered were very friendly and I greatly appreciated the slightly later check out time I requested.

As mentioned a few pastries would be nice at breakfast and of course being English a kettle in the room would have been good.

This was my 2nd stay, this time I had a Retro room...so fun! Balcony overlooking the pool. Working A/C very appreciated as it was very hot 🥵 Good breakfast. Very clean. Friendly helpful staff. Arrived by the airport bus that stops a short walk from the Hotel. On departure staff organized a taxi ride for me or my early morning flight before the buses started running. Within walking distance of the seafront walkway & lots of restaurants.

As I had stayed before I knew to bring my own pool towel. 😁 As they have no pool towels and don't allow you to use your room towels. There is a little shop nearby that sells beach towels.

- friendly staff on reception - 24/7 reception - good location - breakfast included (but no choices, all the time the same breakfast - boiled eggs, sausages, 1 type of cheese and ham, olives, tomato and cucumber) - swimming pool (but we were in February and didn't use it) - good wifi

- the toilet in the first room we had didn't work properly. A guy from reception tried to fix it, but it didn't work. So he proposed to change the room when it will be available (it was Thursday). For the 2 days we used a water from kettle in a toilet. On Saturday morning he changed our room to another one, the toilet was working, but the locker on the toilet door was broken, so you are not able to lock the door - the hotel is very old, so don't expect too much - maybe you can change breakfast, so it would be more choices, as we were 4 nights and 5 days and all the time was the same food (at least change boiled eggs to fried, you have a lot of oranges on island and can give them also for breakfast, etc.)
