The staff member Nadia that checked in at 2 am in the morning she was very Great sincerely appreciated that as we had another 10+hrs of travel to follow. the breakfast was great too! Almost everything there can not be criticized, it’s a beautiful experience great and staff efficient Really good value for money stay Hai hotel is perfect to stay to refresh your mind ,Room are so clean are just super top with room services so good I will visit this hotel again and i recommend it

The rooms was great. Very clean and renovated. Inside the rooms there are big super comfortable beds and in addition, there is - neccesery during the summer in Cyprus - air conditioning. The interior is very bright what helps to relax during holidays. Very nice balcony in one of our room. Quiet surrounding, close to the Sea (about 2 minutes walk), shops, restaurants and the main bus station if you plan to travel around. There is a terrace on the roof of the hotel, where you can hang your wet clothes during the day and relax in the evenings. There is no need to worries about charging adapter, because the hotel provides them. The hotel service and the front desk receptionist is super nice, very helpful and responsive. I hope to get back there soon ;-)

The colour coordination of the room is very relaxing and inviting. Everything was super clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom and all its utilities were excellent. The shower tap is sleek and modern, quite to our taste. The hostess was very helpful and polite. Highly recommend, will definetely go back!!!

The location was what we wanted, with nice and helpful receptionist with good recommendation, room with all needed amenities, big enough for 3, nice decorated, cleaned daily, a few meters of walk and you are right on the Finikoudes beach, with the seafront full of restaurants. The hotel is few hundred meters from the Finikoudes bus station where you can get a 2 euro bus to the airport and for 7 euros round trip to Aya Napa, very close to both the Saint Lazarus Church and the Fort. If you want to stay in zone 0, it's good to know that, especially on weekends, it's lively until about 2 a.m., as there is also a club with good music nearby. For us, it couldn't be better. We had breakfast included, which is served at the Alexander terrace in the immediate vicinity, dedicated to this hotel, full of choices, although a la carte, and really delicious.

Stayed here for 1 night as we were passing through and needed somewhere last minute. Well, what a lovely hotel, great amenities, super clean and in a great location near to the beach, bars and restaurants etc. The bed was a good size, comfortable with a choice of pillows. The bathroom and toiletries, and there's a hairdryer in the room. We would definitely visit when visiting Larnaca again.

The only downside which didn't really affect us, but you can hear music from the nearby so if you're a light sleeper, could be an issue.

Location is super - just 100 meters walk from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and cafes are available in the Main Street where is Lazaros Czerkiew… Andri in the reception met us and helped with check in, even when it was around 17:00 pm, as after 16:00 pm there is a self check in. She step by step took us through every detail and also recommended us to visit Lefkara that is just 40 km from Larnaca, a small Greek Orthodox village… We are very positive about our stay, everywhere was clean, we had all the stuff we needed during our stay. Highly recommended if you really want to find something good for affordable price.

Nothing to point out or mark as negotive

Great location, super helpful owner, we received a lot of great tips, also some help with the car rental. A room was just like in the pictures with sea view. The beach was just 2 min away, buses to the airport stop 5 min from the Hotel. We had a late flight and could leave our stuff at the hotel until that time, could also use the toilette to change clothes, etc which was a great help so we could enjoy our last day fully. REALLY THANKFUL FOR ALL THAT!

The owners take great pride in his hotel, its clean and stylish, right in the centre of lanraka you can see the beach from the roof top. it is very warm and cosy, the interior for me was so clean and stylish, its great for everyone.. being right on the beach, you can eat, explore the sites, and then go back to your little comfey room. i am snobby whn it comes to my places of stay, but this has to be a close 10 out of 10 for me, including the staff, nadia the receptionist was a nice lady, very welcoming and helpful, they also let me check in earlier than expected, a,m not saying they can do this for everyone, but just everything was how professionals run their buiness and treat their guests.

it can be a litte loud as the bars and waterfront are in front of the property, so if your there for quiet i dont think its the place, but if your there to take in the sites, its a spot on hotel.

Hai hotel can be classified among perfect hotel from efficient self check in process ending with hotel facilities, cleanlliness and location. The room was super clean , quiet, equipped with all necessary equipment ( hairdryer, fridge , safe, kettle ..) all working to the perfection especially the aircon things that I missed in my last stay at different hotel who’s price was higher. Not to forget Nadia kindness and support at check in and hotel communication before arrival for all needed information.

From my side nothing to mention.

Perfectly located property, 100 meters from the beach, 50 meters from the food shop, restaurants all around. Directly in the old town, to visit castle, churches and museums. Hotel is very modern, in the evening they have automatic check-in, no problem to come late in night. Perfect communication via booking before arrival. Thank You!

Disadvantage may be found just by somebody who does not like city full of life even late night. To be precise, our room that was not faced toward the street, was quiet.
