Apartments are big and bright. The sofa beds for the kids were very comfortable. Nice and polite personnel, especially the ladies on the reception. We had some problems with the light in the bathroom and after contacting the reception it was fix on the next morning. The food and drinks are also in good quality and choice. Pools are clean and nice and the big advantage is the small natural beach which is just 2 minutes away from the hotel. If you wish, you can go easily to Coral bay beach, which is a bigger one, using the public transportations - bus 615. The bus stop is just 3-4 minutes away from the hotel. During the evenings there are entertainments - kids disco, karaoke, live music etc.

There are 3 pools, which are big enough, one is dedicated for watersports which is really nice, there are 2 slides for small children, there is always some food and drinks so you are free to eat whenever it suits you and the kids, the staff is very hospitable.

The coast in front of the hotel is rocky and in the sea there are strong currents so it is not suitable for swimming.

Great and tasty food , nice and friendly staff , clean rooms , fun pool and afternoon activities, perfect location - close to the beach , shops & supermarkets and overall sights & attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to coming back.

Very good kitchen. Normal conditions. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff. First line at the beach. Very nice view to the sea.

There is no drain on the floor in the bath. The beach is just too rocky and you can not enter the sea

The stuff and the pool

There's a problem with the plumbing in which the temperature of the water switches from cold to very hot spontaneously.

Location, beachfront. We had good times with the hotel events,, pool.. etc

Too many walking insects and cockroaches in the rooms, AC is very old and needs maintenance.

Very picturesque sea front location and Eleni Village appearance pleasing to the eye. Clean rooms with air conditioning. Warm welcome and exceptionally helpful and pleasant reception staff. Excellent food choices for breakfast - Spoilt for choice! Eleni Village is a great choice for young families. Not so great for senior citizens without children..

Bed mattresses were uncomfortably firm, making getting to sleep difficult for my wife. Location 15 minutes by car to main part of town and with no complimentary transport by the holiday complex to the main town, nor public transport bus service, which added 30 euros each time in taxi fares. Suitable areas to swim within walking distance very limited, requiring walking on rock to reach deeper water for swimming.

The facilities were good and the over all experience was great. We enjoyed the discos and bingo evening aswell as the music quizzes. The food was constantly flowing and one would never get hungry at this hotel. The restaurant had a huge variety of different kinds of food for all and the same for drinks. We were very happy. as an added bonus there was table tennis and pool tables with dart boards and even a swimming pool dedicated to volley ball. The in house spar was great and offered a great massage.

More pillows in the room were needed and the content on the TV was very limited for when one was in the room chilling. People were also blocking pool side loungers with the towels over night so in the morning all the loungers were already taken. There were signed stating that this was not allowed but it was not enforced so we had very limited options as to where to site.

The staff made it! Everyone was super friendly and couldn't do enough for you. I highly recommend this place if you have kids. Good facilities. The pool is big and the kids loved it. The food was also great. Loads of options and the lunch and dinner options were changed every day. Snacks available all day from the bottom bar. The evening entertainment was great fun every night too. The rooms were cleaned every day, with fresh bedding and towels. The cleaning staff were brilliant. Our little one was ill one night and they came in, cleaned up and stripped the beds. It was no trouble and no talk of extra fees etc. A very enjoyable stay! We absolutely loved it!

The whole hotel is a bit older than comes across in the photos. The rooms and bathrooms are a little tired although they are very clean. The sofa beds were quite hard although the proper beds were very comfortable.
