Hotel was great, staff is awesome, hotel and rooms are clean, food is great. After we arrived, we opt-in for all-inclusive, which was no problem one day after our arrival. Since we did not travel much around Cyprus this was the best value for money for us. We went to Paphos with Taxi few times and hotel always provided the cheapest one (around 20€ to Paphos Old Town or Harbour) for 4 persons. What made our stay the best here was the staff - Ivan and his team are friendly and attentive.

Hard to find anything we didn't like. Maybe some music in hotel pool would be nice.

The staff was amazing! Everyone so friendly and welcoming. The food choice and quality for breakfast was really good too! Amazing sunset from the bar and swimming pool. Little beach just nearby as well. Rooms were clean and nice. Really enjoyed the stay over there and definitely will come back :)

If staying here, if you’d like to go around, the best is to rent a car, but taxi and public transport might be an option too

the place is good located, rooms are comfortable enough. good breakfast

Don’t expect 4 stars quality, it’s proper 3 stars. Furniture is old, lack of plugs, ventilation/air conditioning is poor.

Very nice hotel, beds are big and comfy, good food for breafast and dinner. super great beach and nice swimmingpool. Value for money in very good.

At the shower room, the hotel provieds just soap and nothing else. No toilletries at all. Very disapointing. At dinner you must pay extra for your drinks - also for water! Indoor sweeingpool didnt work, souna as well and so some of equipment at the gym.

The breakfast selection was amazing. So many choices. The hotel lends itself in that you don't have to leave it. The evening buffet was spectacular

The beach area chairs aren't part of the hotel so if you want to use them you have to pay. I think the hotel should do something for its paying guests

The Hotel Manager was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to ensure my daughter had the correct food as she has Celiac disease. This is our first holiday since her diagnosis and we were all hypervigilant in making sure she didn't experience any pain from cross contamination or incorrect food. The waiting staff at breakfast were helpful, friendly and efficient as was the evening staff in the restaurant The food was fresh, well presented and Abselutly delicious.

The floor tiles as you enter the hotel from the swimming pool were very slippery. The staff did their best to keep them dry especially Ivan. When making our booking online we would have preferred to have the option of sea facing rooms. Children loved the swimming area but are asking for a slide.

The hotel was everyhting we expected and more. The views are AMAZING, specially the sunset! The bed was so comfortable and spacious, the personnel could not be more attentive and friendly. There were loads of activities to do every day, the pool is great, the entire property is super clean at all times. The food was also very nice, and the cocktails as well. We had such a great time that we would definitely love to go back!!! The location is great, close to amazing restaurants as well- and an amazing beach with blue water. Thank you to everyone at Queen's Bay for making such an unforgettable experience of a holiday!

They don't have smoothies or freshly pressed juice, and the juice from the machine is horrible, very artificial. This is the only thing I would suggest that should be improoved, as during summer and high heat, a lot of people would really appreciate fresh juice. The spa (use of sauna) should be for free instead of having this woman trying to charge you 20 euro for 1 hour. For a hotel this category, use uf sauna should 100% be included for guests. Pressure of the shower water in the room could also be better, took a long time to wash my hair.

The staff where so friendly & always there to help. The rooms where specious with lovely views. The pool area, bar & balcony was lovely. The food was lovely from breakfast to evening meals. Location was great, only a 10 minute bus ride to either coral bay or the harbour which was only €3 for 2 people. Stunning views & access to to a nice sea/beach area. Pool was lovely, didn’t have to wait for loungers as there was plenty, reception & bar staff all very friendly.

Can’t comment in this section as there’s nothing we didn’t really like.
