We had a wonderful time last month as a family at this all-inclusive hotel, and there were so many things we loved about it: - Checking in was quick and easy. - Our room had plenty of space for our family of four. - The hotel's swimming pools, especially the ones for kids, were a hit with our children. - The all-inclusive package made dining a breeze. The food and drink options by the pool were great, and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were good with something for everyone. In addition, the hotel has several restaurants, some of which were included in the all-inclusive package. - The hotel had entertainment options like cinema, activity room for kids, and another one for teenagers. - The sea view and sunsets from the pool and restaurant were great. - The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this all-inclusive place to friends. It's a great spot for families looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable getaway.

While we had a wonderful family stay, there were a few downsides to consider: - The room lacked proper soundproofing, leading to some minor noise disturbances. - The video games and kids' activity room could use a refresh, as they felt a bit outdated. - It's worth noting that the hotel's location requires a taxi or car for city visits. Despite these minor inconveniences, our overall experience was positive, and we enjoyed our stay.

It's a very family-friendly hotel: our 2,5 year old loved the splash area (especially the crocodile), the playground, the kid's club and the arcade. The food buffet had a good variety and house keeping made a different towel animal every day which we were always looking forward. The hotel is big enough to have lots of activities on offer but not too big to have to walk too far everywhere. Us adults really liked the slides in the water park and the cocktails overlooking gorgeous sunsets on the terrace.

In terms of sustainability it would be nice to replace the single use plastic cups used in the pool area with sturdier multiple use cups. While we were there, there were no fruit or vegetable on offer at the snack bars - I assume during the high season this may be different as they were listed on the menu.

An excellent hotel with high-level services. Everything clean, staff constantly cleaning up after guests, very clean pools. The food was very tasty and the desserts really amazing. The hotel does not have a nice beach nearby, there is a cliff into the sea, a short walk takes you to Sandy beach, where there are huge waves. But it's not a problem, you can take the bus a few stops to Coral Bay beach, it's really amazing and suitable for children. Buses run directly in front of the hotel every 10 minutes in both directions. If I wanted to sum it up, it is one of the best hotels we have visited in terms of service.

Pool service should ensure that small children have a diaper in the pool. Due to the "accident" of one child, the pool is then closed to everyone. It is a MUST everywhere, a common thing when you go to the pool with a child.

Kids loves the water slides and the kids club (kids could go to the kids club 3 hours/day, but you have to make a reservation). The dinner was really good and had a lot of variety. We got a family room: 1 bed with pull out couch and 1.5 baths. The bed and the pull out couch were separated by a door which we always love! Lots of pools for the kids to play in, but we went the middle of April and the water was just too cold for the kids to really play. My daughter (4) would play in the water play house maybe one time and then get out because it was too cold. My son (6) would play on the water slides because he didn’t get too wet on those. Lunch was very convenient-served the the same thing every day (sandwich’s, fries, nuggets). Along, the pave path there was a great restaurant with a great playground. in the morning the kid would eat breakfast at the hotel and then we’d walk to the restaurant for breakfast while the kids played on the playground.

The pools were cold. We could have enjoyed it more if there was an indoor pool or if the pools were heated. The kids usually go to bed around 830/9 pm so they did not do the night activities. BE PREPARES: we were on the top floor and the music was SO LOUD. They played music til about 10:30 on the weekdays and 11 on the weekend AND it’s the same kids music every night. The first night was the worse. I think several people complained because the next nights were “better”, but it was still so loud! I was also surprised that even though it’s beachfront, there’s not beach access. We did enjoy walks on a paved path by the hotel.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Waterpark is a bonus. We had an amazing time. The food was good, something for everyone. Drinks were amazing, and bartenders Yiannis, Olivia, and Mario knows their job very well 👍Room was spacious and cleaned every day. Entertainment was very good. Everyone enjoyed kids' discos, not only children 😁 back in April, hotel wasn't very busy, so there were plenty of empty beds around the pool. Food was also served in a pool bar and Italian restaurant (pizza, pasta, burgers, fries etc) between breakfast and dinner - absolutely life saver for families travelling with a little hungry humans. Overall, we love the hotel, and we definitely will be back 😉❤️

Food choice was amazing. Breakfast was pretty much the same but the variety was huge, so you could have different food every morning. Dinner would differ and so would lunch. We enjoyed the pools and the whole teritory of the hotel.

The sound proofing was basically close to zero. As I understand we had an adjointing room (due to the extra door and a room behind it). In that room were teenagers and it was crazy. Also, the sound from outside was as if the windows were open. We checked several times. Also, my parents room had bathroom supplies (as hair conditioner, body cream and slippers), but we didn’t have any of that.

How big the place was and all the different sunbathing areas and restaurants. They serve delicious food all day and the food variety was brilliant. They have waiters going around the pool constantly collecting rubbish. I was even upgraded to the premium drinks package for my whole stay which was a pleasant surprise. I am a prosecco drinker and the prosecco here was good quality. There is so much for kids to do, I do not have them but it is a great family resort.

How noisy it was in the mornings. Screaming kids woke me up at have 6 in the morning outside my room which I thought was pretty disrespectful from the parents. People were also constantly moving their chairs and tables on the balcony's which was super loud and annoying, so I didn't get the best nights sleep.

Hotel is 20 mins from the airport and there is a bus stop in front of hotel in case you want to go to certain town, Zoo... What we loved the most were the pools, especially the ones for children. We loved that the playground was near the pools. The hotel is really clean, food is good, lots of selection, also in both a la carte restaurants. The staff is extremely kind and offers help with any kind of support. Lifeguards are really helpful, especially Alex, he was so kind. The company upgraded our stay to premium which also included amazing mojitos. Would definitely stay here again.

On 3 from 7 nights, fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, sometimes even twice, keeping us awake. The staff said that this should be fixed. It is quite noisy as the rooms are not really soundproof and you can hear everything.

Staff was super nice. There was nice entertaiment at the evenings. We had lots of fun in the water park. We really enjoyed snacks through day and food and drinks were great. Beer was okay. Room was spacious with great view and cleaned every day.

Wine could a bit better. Also the Burger restaurant didn't meet our expectations, we love burgers and tried alot of them in various places but this we would improve. Lack of the beach but there was one few minutes from the hotel.

Food, location, staff, facilities and generally everything was excellent. We had the best experience and would definitely return. The buffet catered for everyone, with the usual staple beige English food for those that wanted it but a wide range of other options too. We used both a la carte restaurants once during our stay and they were great too. The snack bars had a variety of food on offer during the day, although we were usually so full from breakfast that we didn't sample them much. Staff were helpful and friendly. Andreas at reception made us feel so welcomed on our late arrival and rushed us through to the restaurant to eat after our long journey. The housekeeping staff made up the room each day and the room always smelled lovely after they had been in. The hotel facilities were excellent, lots on offer that we didn't get to use as we were so busy making the most of the pools and the beautiful nearby beach. Outside of the hotel, we enjoyed Paphos zoo, coral Bay beach, Paphos Harbour and the tombs of the Kings, all of which were nearby, as well as a game of Frisbee golf just opposite the hotel. On our last day we ventured a bit further afield and visited aphrodites rock and drove to the town of Omodos. Both were beautiful and well worth a visit.

Only small complaint was that the hotel doesn't turn on the air conditioning until later in the year so the hotel room was around 25-26°c at night. We slept with the balcony door open and it was manageable but would have really appreciated the air con. Otherwise, couldn't fault our stay here.
