It's a lovely retreat for two days away from it all. The hotel is next to Kiti point and the Faros light house and beach. The beaches near by are so beutifull. Such a romantic promenade. The hotels restaurant serves a limited selection of dishes but I have had the best Spaghetti napolitana I have ever had there. The simple most pasta dish done by an Artist. I have asked to meet the chef...Michael his name to kiss him for this dish. It's a great value for your money. If you are nit in a rush. Want to sea a real sea roaring below you...go to this hotel.

There was nothing not to like. OK the carpets in the hallway need replacement bur it is a 70 euro to 80 euro a night hotel. Its not the Emirates Palace. Actually this modest home like hotel is better in so many ways.

Location is very good. Also hotel has pool with nice sun-beds. wi-fi is good without problems. Cleaning works perfect!

We have been to this hotel on a number of occasions over past few years stayed in rooms apartments and the villas. Always a pleasure to be here by the coast at Perivolia Close to Larnaca airport but feels very peaceful and quiet a lovely relaxing stay. Nice place for Families enjoying the pool no crowds it’s always very low key and chilled atmosphere. Comfy bed Great shower Tea and coffee in room Small fridge Very helpful freindly team and very good breakfast!

Rooms could do with updating looking a bit tired in places.

Rooms were big and comfortable. Pool and spa facilities were great. Breakfast buffet was very good with local and healthy options as well as cereal and cooked breakfast items. Staff were accommodating and it is only a short walk from a couple of beaches. On a local, albeit infrequent, bus route that goes into the nearest town of Pervolia, the airport, and Larnaka.

Although the tranquility of the location is nice, there isn't a lot to do within walking distance so you'll probably need a car.

Really fabulous place, and only 15 minutes to Larnaca airport. I was so surprised by this hotel! Beautiful decor, fantastic facilities, 24 hr reception and very efficient staff. Good air con and comfortable beds. Quiet. When we stayed, the roof bar was deserted/shut but it was still nice to go up for the view. The food at the restaurant was ok. Very short walk to a beach and then you can walk along by the water which had fantastic views across the coast all the way to Troodos. We booked a superior room but they upgraded us free of charge to a villa in the garden with a private pool. Amazing rooms, really just huge.

The cleaning was ok but it did feel it had been cleaned by someone in a rush. More given a quick wipe than a thorough scrub. There was a kitchen in the villa, but no washing up liquid / cloth. We only stayed a night or I would have bought some.

The view was excellent. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast with plenty of options. The pool and outside area are awesome in the evening. Overall it is a relaxing place to stay. Would choose this over the crowded city any time.

Dinner at the hotel's restaurant is a little bland and limited in options. Dining out offers a far better experience.

The absence of room service in a medium sized hotel, the non-stocked mini fridge in the room and the quite used bathroom towels! Also the hotel corridors and the dated outdoor furniture, need some refreshing/repairing. Most of the staff was quite attentive but a couple seemed either out of place, or they didn't want to be bothered.

I did not give a 10 since a long time, this hotel deserves it !! Great stuff great food great room, close to the beach, nice pool, nice refresging water with lemon at the entrance for free and fruits in the room !! The breakfast was delicious good fresh vegetables and also quite comfortable chairs ;). Keep it up like this!
