1. The lady from the stuff welcoming us with the drink. She was very gentle, communicative and nice ! 2. Very wide range of products during the breakfast. Really great. Also waffles being there were fine. 3. Reception are with canopes, bar, football tabe and BOOKS !! ... were great.

1. A lot of czech books, but parallely not too many in english nor polish for those who don't speak in CZ. You could also make some diversification of the books, like technics&engineering, art, stories, painting, religion, etc., and so on... It is pleasure to sit on there, on canopes and drink your beer an read the books. 2. Roots on the roads ! 3. Snooker table ! It feels that it is very old. Could you please renovate it and especially exchange the balls ?

Great location, view from the window, open apartment. Amazing breakfast and very nice personnel. I was pleasantly surprised with high level of services. Accomodation is really worth visiting.

I guess due to recent energy prices development hotel was forced to have some save measures and we felt it on room temperature during day. Not a deal-breaker, but I would appretiate a bit more heat during our stay, especially regarding water.

Billiard table in the lobby - kids just loved it, free of charge, any time. Children games room is good. Beautiful views from the room's balcony! It was a very calm and relaxing hotel.

The location of the property is kind of far from the center. If you have a car then not much a problem, but if you don't have one - it might be challenging, especially getting back to the hotel after sunset. Most of businesses in the city, like restaurants, mini-markets, etc. do not accept credit cards.

I recommend. After we arrived, we got a nice room, everything was ok. In the evening it turned out that there was a system mistake and we were in a wrong room, so next mornig we were trasfered into even bigger, better room with extra bedroom and view on mountains. Breakfast was delicious, although we spotted a little mistake with food, reported it to the kitchen staff and were given a free bottle of prosecco in apologise :) So after all, we were very satisfied.

Great location, comfortable rooms, helpful staff

Restaurant and bar were understaffed. The staff was doing their best, but at peak times simply had no chance to manage to serve all the guest in a 4* standard. Restaurant is also too small - people had to queue and wait ling time for breakfast.

Good spacious family bedroom. Great breakfast. Good spa. The (3) dinner options were always good. The hotel is conveniently situated within nice hicking tracks.

Our room was clean and the view was nice. Breakfast was delicious, from sweet croissant to scrambled eggs. Good coffee. Close to the hiking paths.

Petty far from the city. Sauna and jacuzzi was not included and the price for an hour at the evening was ca. 50€ - way too much.

A great hotel with a great view of the ski slopes. A spacious apartment with comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything you need. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee very tasty. There is a playroom for children. We also took advantage of the spa area, which we really liked. I highly recommend this hotel. And thank you to the whole team for the wonderful stay.

It’s been 3rd time we stayed at his place, That makes us regular customers I guess and there is a strong reason for that, hospitality these days is an ISSUE if you know what I mean :) go to any restaurant not necessarily then it’s busy and you will see. But over here - in Pytloun Hotel staff is working as if customers’ satisfaction was their primary concern - great job!

Staff was helpful and smiling, the playroom surprisingly equiped, libraries in the lobby very nice with perfect selection! and buffet not with the wide choice - but everything prepared with care and very tasty!

Little bit more to think about the way out to the parking.. anti-slip mats on the way out to the parking, would be nice ;)
