The location of the hotel was amazing, because the hotel is in the down town close to everithing. The hotel has some own parking place, there are on the street, but staff is watching it by cameras. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel was beautiful, mainly the building and the covered inner courtyard. It was very nice and friendly. The room was very good, mainly the bathroom, that was very big. The hotel has own wellness, what is can use (include in the price). The breakfast was good and it was enough for us (warm and cold food, fruit etc.). I recommend everybody to spend some night in this hotel, when they are in the city.

I didn't find negative thing. The hotel is rather friendly than modern.

The location is lovely in one of the two adjoining squares, with plenty of places to eat and drink. The hotel is lovely and quiet and the continental style breakfast was good. We asked for extra pillows which they did provide us with and also an extra fan for the bedroom so that we had one on each side of the bed (it was very hot!).

Air Conditioning in the bedrooms would have been great and maybe also the option to have more pillows but the staff at the hotel did their best and as mentioned above, gave us the extra pillows and an extra fan, so we can’t complain too much.

We stayed for the weekend to visit friends. A Delux room overlooking the square. Very picturesque with the trees covered in lights. Very warm room heating is good, it was quite cold outside so welcome. Room is spacious and excellent value for money. No kettle or tea coffee making facilities but no worries for us really. We have been visiting Hrafec Kralove for some years and stayed in a few different hotels but have come back to this one. The wellness centre appeared to be well used by some of the other guest and report it is very warm and good value although we didnt partake ourselves. A hidden gem in the town is there restaurant for lunch and evening meals. It has been revamped very modern decor excellent. We ate on both evenings in the restaurant and I can not praise the service and quality of food enough. I have eaten in many establishments in Hradec Kralove and can say this is one of, if not the best in town. I understand they have not opened it for long and it is of fine dining quality. If you stay here use the restaurant you wont be disappointed. It is also exceptional value and not expensive. With a little advertising I can see this as a popular venue for of street footfall aswell. Well done on the changes made. First class. We've added photos if the food. Unfortunately the system doesn't allow us to adhoc them so we have added them to room and lobby. 👍

1. I spent a very comfortable week here. The hotel is in an excellent location in the 'small square' of the old town. it is an easy 40 metres walking distance to the main square and the restaurants and shops there. It is a 10 minute taxi ride to the train station. 2. An excellent service from reception. English speaking staff. Everyone was very helpful. 3. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Plenty of towels. 4. There were clothes hangers with normal hooks which could be used elsewhere in the room - well done, a refreshing change! 5. The hotel is pet friendly but there were absolutely no signs or smells of dogs etc. Well done to the cleaning staff!

1. I would have liked a kettle. This should be a standard facility nowadays. 2. Music in the corridors and in breakfast. Guests do not need music in the corridors (especially if turned up too loud!). Inappropriate music at breakfast. Guests do not need disco music (or any music) at breakfast!

The breakfast was great. They made THE best hotel buffet eggs I've ever had. Hotel buffet eggs are usually dry, flavorless, and rubbery, but theirs were moist, not homogenous, and flavorful. The breakfast sausages were great, too. I also really liked the tiny pancakes, which I covered with Nutella and fresh strawberries. They also have a beautiful summer terrace overlooking the park and a beautiful synagoge. The staff were very friendly. There was a misunderstanding when it came to the payment, but the staff handled it very well and respectfully. I booked a room using the pay later feature and gave Booking my credit card, so I assumed that when I checked in, I'd be charged (which is how these things normally work, in my experience.) That wasn't the case here for whatever reason, so when I left in the morning the staff sent a very respectful message explaining that they realize the process is confusing, but they think I may have left without paying. We sorted it out quickly, and they were very nice about it.

The rooms were a bit dated. The shower wasn't very strong and the water temperatures fluctuated.

Top hotel in the center of Hradec Králové, yet in a very quiet location. Friendly and kind staff, beautiful rooms, everywhere clean. The accommodation price includes free entry to the hotel pool and sauna. Rich breakfast. Fast wi-fi. Highly recommended. Hint: the hotel has a limited number of parking spaces; book your parking place already when booking a room.

The hotel and the room are great. Unfortunately, we had a short stay and didn't get a chance to use the hotel's pool. The breakfast was well assembled with plenty options and the room was large, clean and with all the necessary items.

The bathroom is really too small. They saved the space for the room but they really could have made it at least 1.5 square meters larger...

I have been traveling many many times for work purposes all around Europe - and hotel with such great , dedicated and professional staff is extremely hard to find. Really one of a kind . And now they even got a new chef which makes your stay even better))

No air conditioning. Hard in summer days

All staff are 1st class. Clean and comfortable, easy walk to main square and restaurants.

No hot water to shower in the evenings. Poor door catch on room 111 : not secure. Needs looking at though equally I did not report either fault as only there for 3 nights.

Very friendly personnel, we came earlier than a check-in time and were accommodated without problems. Central location of the hotel, a cosy room, a parking place on request, substantial breakfast. Swimming pool.

Nonprofessional cleaning of the room. Just empting a garbage bin. A shoehorn would be helpful.
