The location was perfect, right on the main square. Nice and quiet. The breakfasts were very well prepared and presented. The staff were incredibly helpful and English speaking. I particularly enjoyed the big smile and conversation of the Greek gentleman that overlooked the smooth and efficient running of the breakfast buffet each morning. (He's an Ipswich Town F.C. supporter if that helps!) Thankyou all for a lovely stay in H.K.

We came to Hradec Kràlové for a music-festival so we didn’t spend alot of time at the hotel. BUT we had breakfast there everyday, and the baker was definatly the highlight of our stay❤️ He was so cool and we LOVED all his cakes! Great man - you should give him a raise!🤘🏻😎

The hotel’s excellent qualities include its central location, and the abundance of dining choices in the vicinity 🤩🤩. The breakfasts spread was amazing. The kitchen staff were very polite & addressed each issue well. 👍🏻

The location of the hotel was IDEAL...situated right in the center of town. The hotel was GORGEOUS, the room was enormous, and beds were very comfortable. The front desk attendant was friendly and extremely helpful...he went above and beyond any normal expectations. And the breakfast included with the room was AMAZING!

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel for few extra hours after check out. The hotel is situated in the very centre of the city and everything you need is just few steps away. Rich breakfast. The hotel architecture is also impressive!

The breakfast was reasonable but not a great variety (the same food every day)

1. The WiFi was very nonstable in my room, really dependent on the particular location of the device; 2. There is no Ac, which was a problem as the days and even nights of my stay were particularly hot. 3. It was actually not convenient to unpack the shampoo and soap.

The property was beautiful, the staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had good options. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Parking spaces were spacious and available to pre-book which I really appreciated.

Very good looking place with great location..

Quite expensive parking. Its always great to have electric kettle to be able to make a tea or minifridge to store things and microwave is also handy, otherwise you'r forced to eat at restaurants.. I dont consider such thing as a extra luxury in 21.st century..
