The staff was incredibly nice, multilingual (I began talking in English and was replied to in my native german -- the lady at the desk remembered I was coming and remembered my native language!) and curteous. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was nice. The room was nice and quiet. There are more cafés, bars, restaurants, pubs etc. within a 5-minute walking distance than a city of this size has any right to have! If I ever return to Hradec Kralove, I know where I will stay already.

The city elected to make the main plaza in the old town a huge parking lot. It doesn't take away from the stay (it's not busy) and is certainly not the fault of the hotel, but of the municipial government. A huge shame though!

Spectacular place to be if you want to be in the heart of historic Hradec Kralove and want beautiful buildings round you. This is a very solid Czech hotel, excellent to stay in. Nice rooms with well designed additional areas. Good breakfasts. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. I have been to Hradec Kralove and it is lively at this time- but this year even more lively. Interesting towns within 50 km in eastern Bohemia. I recommend.

Nice hotel in the main square of the city, and is very close to the bus stops as well. the room was large and cosy, equipped with a smart tv, desk, chairs, closet, safe, minibar, bathroom with a bath, and toiletries. The breakfast was pretty good and the terrace is great to enjoy your breakfast. Both the reception and breakfast room employees were very nice as well.

Albeit it didn’t bother me much, I would say as the hotel is located right next to the church, hearing church bells may not be the most pleasant if you’re a light sleeper.

Location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of the main square / old city. Spacious room, nice and clean bathroom. Friendly and efficient staff. Internet check-in possibility in advance to the trip. Overlooking the main square the room had a fantastic view. Noise insulation was excellent.

Having a huge TV set in the room it was not fully understandable why there were only three (?) Polish (?) TV programmes on it... The inner courtyard was very (VERY!) narrow for parking, and it took a lot of manoeuvring to get in and out. Breakfast officially only starts at 8 (it was a weekend) but at 8.15 orange juice and milk was still “under preparation”.

Really nice hotel in an old building, situated by the old town square. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. No disturbing traffic noices. Staff really nice and friendly. Especially breakfast was magnificent: a staff memeber (or on somedays the owner himself!) serving, eggs fired or boiled according one's preference, large selection of food available. Nice, tidy rooms, really nice bathroom, beds very comfortable (I have quite bad back problems, but no problems when sleeping in these beds!). Most likely we will stay there again.

Next to the hotel there is the old town hall, Town hall clock/bell strikes every quarter of hour, plus on an even hour number of strikes according the time.

A small hotel on the edge of the main town square with a small car park (requires reservation). Friendly service, tasty breakfasts, efficient air conditioning. Conveniently located, serving tasty breakfasts on a nice terrace. Two cards (keys) for the door.

The location is great, the room had double glazing so nothing was heard from the square. Beds were also really comfy and the breakfast was sufficient. We used mini-bar in our room which was supplied well and for reasonable prices. The room was clean and it had a nice bathroom.

The room was very nice, spacious, with beautiful view. The breakfast with good choice of options (including fresh fruit and pancakes) and great view from the terrace. Location perfect.

Unclear information about the necessity to separately book a parking spot - but there was no problem with finding a spot on the public parking in front of the hotel (the price was the same and you can pay by card).

The location was outstanding in the heart of the old town square. With nice location, Spacious bathroom and very nice size room made our stay fantastic. The sumptuous breakfast spread with outstanding croissant and great coffee always started the day on a good note

On the day one we had some AC issues(, but that was sorted later. Otherwise nothing pinpoint at all

Absolutely amazing hotel So clean, such friendly, helpful staff, great location in the main square. The room was huge, we booked an apartment - 2 bedrooms massive bathroom and living room. Clean, it was spotless, i am a previous hotel manager so i know what too look for...coild not find a single issue with this hotel. Breakfast was top quality, buffet style, excellent coffee. In good weather you can sit on the terrace.

The only minor thing is that the hotel is right next to the church. The bells ring every 15 mins until 01.00 and start again at 06.00.
