Excellent location, delicious breakfast, cleanliness. In general, the hotel is nice, but my expectations were higher. If you are traveling without children, without a car and not using the Spa, it is a great hotel for you.

I booked a 3-bed room for 4 people through Booking, but at the reception they charged me extra for the fourth person, despite the fact that the child slept with us in the bed. I am experiencing it for the first time. Spa is for a maximum of 8 people, but there were more than 20 people in it. The hotel has a parking space for 3 cars, so the chances of reserving a parking space are small. The nearest parking lot is more than 1 km away

Nice hotel in a great location near to the city center and famous colonnades. Parking was a bit confused during the holidays, but in the end the hotel was willing to arrange parking in a nearby street. The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful. We also tried the Thai massage at the hotel and we highly recommend it - the lady is very skilled. At breakfast there was a standard selection, the food was tasty. The room was smaller, but sufficient for the weekend. Everything was clean and the wellness environment was great for evening relaxation - we mainly used the sauna.

Parking was along the road - not everyone can suit this style of parking, especially if they have a bigger car.

Our stay was a mixed bag of experiences. The location of the hotel was great, close to main attractions and public transportation. At breakfast there were some decent options available; I really enjoyed the creamy cottage cheese and the yoghurt. The room was smallish, but well-maintened and clean.

The breakfast room was quite crowded during peak hours, it was not easy to find a cozy spot to enjoy our meal. We were surprised to find ourselves at the back of the hotel, which, as we later discovered, used to be another hotel adjacent to Anglicky Dvur.

I want to express my satisfaction from the hotel and the staff. In particular, the hotel is situated in a communicative place with good infrastructure. It is close to nature - one can hear the birds singing, and on the other side very close to the center of the town. The space in the rooms is pretty enough. The rooms are clean, which is really important to me. The food is also enough and fresh. Last but not least, I want to express my satisfaction from the kindness of the staff. Especially, the ladies on the reception who helped a lot with information about the hotel, the sightseeings and the reservation of my trip back to home. Thanks a lot for your kindness! I am definitely recommending the hotel to everyone who is looking for comfort!

Great location! View from hotel room was amazying. View on hotel was amazying. Furniture inside is "English rustic" but in great shape. Size of room was nice with high ceiling. Great parking place!

Absolutely gorgeous building and the superior rooms are really spacious. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is nice.

There was no water-kettle nor enough toiletries and the mattress was very hard/stiff. Not a good night's sleep unfortunately. The minibar was empty as for a self-catering apartment stay, not a hotel room.

It was very clean and the location was amazing, just 10 min walk from the old town. The breakfast was also great and the staff very friendly.

The spa didn't have a pool, so it wasn't a good value for the price, but the staff were amazing, they helped me and directed me towards another one.

Nevet happened to me anywhere that going to have breakfast I could not find a seat where to eat with my family. Personnell wanted to split my family, while other guests from Germany they could sőt together.

Women on the reception mme Todora is the best receptionist i have ever seen in my life.

Loved the hotel design and overall vibe. The room was quiet and the bed properly firm. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helped me with my accommodation requests. All in all, I do want to come back to this same hotel once I'm back to Karlovy Vary

Disclaimer: I like to sleep in complete silence. The fridge was slightly noisy, yet I made it quiet by setting it to lower power.
