Very friendly and polite staff. Nice, comfortable room - very clean and nice bathroom. Kettle in the room, with some tea bags for my comfort. It was very quiet and calm. The restaurant is really friendly, dinner was very tasty and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also really tasty - they offered a wide range of options.

There must have been something with the TV signal because the broadcast kept getting interrupted (the screen went blank) but then it came back on after a few seconds. I didn't like the pillows (too soft for me, my head sank into it) - but this is really nothing to complain about, and is probably a thing that has to do with my own preferences and indulgences rather than with the quality of the service the hotel offers, which I really cannot complain about.

Straightforward hotel. Good value. Excellent location. No frills.

My room was not serviced so I kept running out of things like bath gel, but reception were happy to provide them.

Large room and nice design, good location, only 20 min by walk from the train station or 10 min walk to the bus terminal. 2 shopping malls within 10 min walking distance. Old town hall square just right at the corner

The hotel was at a great location. The room was also very clean and the reception/bar area is very appealing. next to this, the staff was increbly nice

The room was reasonably sized. The WiFi was good. The breakfast was good. There was a shopping center across the street, and a transportation stop almost at the front door. There was lots of storage space for longer stays. I also liked having a hot water kettle in the room.

There was no soap or shampoo supplied, so anyone booking this property should remember to take their own.

In some places the hotel still shows its 80' s style, but the room was new and clean. The staff was very friendly. The location is very central, therefore not always quiet ...

Proximity to the city center. Nice staff at both check-in and check-out. It is good to meet polite people behind a reception counter.

The room was left with dirty ashtray and an empty bottle of wine at the balcony, and from the previous occupant. The other issue was internet not functioning at the level of my floor. They should add routers to make it smoother and easier to connect.

Breakfast could be more calm, the assisting lady was kind of noisy.

I love that a desk is opened till 24 PM and a tearoom nearby.
