Great hotel in the city centre. Great breakfast, parking at own terrain for good price, great staff. Very nice restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was perfect, together with a coffee from a coffee machine - such coffee is not inclusive even in more expensive places. Service was helpful and nice. They all have been speaking english. The size of room was nice, bed was big.

Number of power sockets in the room. There have been one free socket and second one if you would plug out some lamp. Another thing is, the room was pretty dark, we actually have been putting out the light covers to make it a little bit brighter in the evening. The materace was worn-out and uncomfortable untill we decided to turn it to the other side, then it was much better.

Definitely worth the 4 stars, a high standard hotel, friendly staff, large and comfortable rooms, great breakfast (portions and choice), excellent location.

Two minor things - the smell of the air freshener was a bit too strong when I came into the room for the first time. Also, the bed was very high (both frame and mattress), I can imagine that falling out could really hurt - it didn't happen to me, luckily.

The hotel is located directly at the main square. Room is very spacious, with large bed, sofa, television. You receive variety of hotel shower and shampoo flasks. Breakfast was ok. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception.

I would prefer instructions for parking beforehand. You have to cross pedestrian zone to get to the hotel. It costs 100CZK for a night. Hotel is right next to shopping centre with underground parking (free parking on weekends, expensive on workdays).

The position of the hotel is at a 15 minutes walk from city center. It has a parking lot. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. The personnel were very friendly. The room was big, clean and with a large shower.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a great selection and was delicious. The location is also super convenient, directly on the town square, everything is within walking distance.

Only realized after I checked my booking later that we were actually charged more than what the stated price was when we reserved the stay. The housekeeping wasn't done on Saturday which surprised us a little bit but as we were only staying for two nights, it wasn't a big deal.

The property is really nice. We asked for a room with the cot so it was big enough for a sofa too, very nice. The room was comfy and quiet. The backyard parking is not covered, private. The lift is enough for the baby-carriage. Breakfasts suprised us, very good. Oldstyle hotel in the city-center. We wil definitelly visit it again. Thanks

The location is fantastic. Footstep from the square and the theatre. Great breakfast. Helpful staff.

The key from main entrance and key from room on the key chain look identical. Murphy’s law makes you choose the wrong one every time. Some simple style of recognition of one from the other will make a change.

Front desk staff exceptional. Friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English.

Rooms way overdue for a refresh. Elevator needs replacement (a little scary). Guest hallways so dark you need your phone flashlight to get key in lock.

The location was perfect; my room was clean and very spacious (too big for me actually); the hotel staff members were nice, friendly, and helpful. Petr was especially fun to chat with and made it especially interesting. He was also efficient during dinner.

Interior in the hallways: too dark (and eerie); not a big deal but simply a comment in case you want to renovate in the future.
