Great location with access to tram and bus. Kaufland and burger King were very closeby. Although the hotel was big, everything went just right for us this time including helpful staff. 9th floor room had great view. Free drinking water dispenser at the reception was a good add on. Breakfast was top class that included fried potatoes and boiled vegetables every day. Mini fridge was functional.

The shower tap was a bit leaking. As the central air conditioner was mild, it would be good to provide a table fan free of deposit. Safety box in room would have been a great addition. We were given only a pair of thin pillows for the two of us. 2 more would have been perfect.

We spent 4 days and 3 nights in Prague. Communication with the staff before the trip was smooth, they were helpful and easy to reach. The accommodation itself is a bit far from the historic city centre, but the tram (especially the 14) and bus lines (in the immediate vicinity) take 20-30 minutes to get there. Our rooms were fine (separate toilet and shower, fridge), we did not ask for any extra service. Breakfast was included in the price (between 7 and 10 am), classic buffet, self-service breakfast. Overall, everything was fine. If you are looking for a classic, value-for-money accommodation, you will find it here, and breakfast is included in the price! We didn't mind the distance from the city centre, we came back for about a night's sleep as we spent most of the time exploring the wonders of Prague. It is also worth checking out the pubs and restaurants within 4-5 stops of the place, as they are cheaper and have the same classic Prague atmosphere.

It may just be the location of the accommodation, but that's helped by the nearby bus and tram connections to the city centre. We did ask for room cleaning once, which was done, but the bed sheets was not changed. Apart from that, we have not experienced any other negative aspects.

Room has everything and is really clean. Daily cleaning is provided at the request. Breakfast was really good and to my surprise changing slightly everyday which was very pleasent. At first, I did not have high expectations towards location but it was really well connected to the city center by different buses and trams. Overall, totally worth of money.

It was a bit cold during check in but they turned on the heating as soon as I asked. Furniture is a bit basic.

Great Location, next to the Hotel you cane take tram or bus to the Centre which takes around 20mins. Great Hotel Service, tickets for public transport available at Reception. Breakfast delicious with various choice.

There's been some aircon ( or something like that )noise between 02:00 / 03:00am but not sure what's that

Very friendly staff, on reception you can buy tram tickets (the nearest stop to direct tram to center is about 3min by foot), good breakfast and very clean room, very big and comfy bed :)

A little bit old facilities in a room, soap dispensers doesn't work, so you have to take a shower gel and soap with you :) Paid parking for about 120 czk /day

The room was great, spacious enough. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was fine too

Breakfast wasn’t much to be honest. Not enough food to choose from. For vegan or even vegetarian there was nothing. Thumbs up for the plant based butter though.

Loved the property and its location close to tram station. We were given an early checkin and a room upgrade which we really appreciate. The staff assistance was really good

Although there was a parking lot next to the hotel, the hotel staff forcibly wanted to sell the hotel's parking lot. When we objected, they did not accept it, this was not appropriate behavior.

t's a cheap hotel, but the room was clean, and the breakfasts are quite good, there is also a tram stop nearby that goes to the old town

The receptionists were great, just as the breakfast and my room. Pretty small shower though, but it was clean and warm. I loved the way the rooms worked, just tiny little cards with no keys and no locking required. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay, BOOK ABITOHOTEL. Though, keep in mind that the nearest metro is not near at all, it’s at least 5 bus/tram stops away, but tram 14 makes it under twenty minutes away from the centre (St. Wenceslas Sq.). And definitely ask for a high floor with a view towards the railway depot!

When I arrived, I got a card from my new room, but when I entered, I was disappointed. My bathroom light was blinking when switched off and I didn’t get the high floor I asked Booking for. After that, I returned to the reception and asked a very kind receptionist Taťána for an exchange – and she gave me the most spacious, comfortable and fancy looking room I could ever imagine!
