The hotel is very nicely organized, clean and really well-maintained. The staff is excellent and quick to help with everything. I loved the breakfast offering a variety of choices.

The only thing I did not like, and that is the only reason for my overall rating of 8 (instead of 9 or 10) is the noise from the street. My room was on the first floor and oriented towards the street. If somebody plans to keep the windows closed at all times, the room is not especially noisy, due to a quality double glazing. However, if somebody likes to have their windows open, then the noise from traffic is considerable. I guess that rooms on higher floors and especially those facing the back garden do not have this issue. In case I had one of those rooms, my rating would probably be 9 or 10.

The hotel is located in a fairly quiet place. Breakfast is good. One time we had a breakfast in the city, and it was more expensive that to have it in hotel. The room is clean and the bed is great for the rest)

The water was not free in the refrigerator. I am used to taking water in my room and it is usually free in all hotels. Perhaps the hotel's rules state that it is paid for, but I didn't even think about it.

Excellent value for money. Beautiful decoration of the hotel and rooms. Breakfast is good for those who like a hearty breakfast and those who prefer pastries and coffee in the morning. The beds are comfortable and the laundry is clean, the air conditioning worked well. The staff is friendly.

A little noisy from the road (we had windows overlooking an avenue where there was heavy traffic even late at night and at night).

The room and the furniture were great. The interior design absolutly gorgious. Disapointed about the bathroom but not so important. The elevator does not worked all our acomodation period. Considering that the room was at 4th flor.. you can guess the bad experience.

The interior of the hotel is luxurious and you feel like you are in a palace. The room and the bathroom were very clean and spacious. The windows isolate very well the noise from the outside and it is quiet event if there is a busy street outside. There a metro station 5-10 min walking from the hotel which is very convenient.

-location is a little far off from the centre but it isn’t a problem if you know your way around the metro/tram system. -our room was in an old "attic", top floor and only windows on the roof. it was a little strange.

Very good hotel. Great service The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful. The location is great. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in Prague

The Breakfast service was really good, and the location too. Very near to a bus stop to easily move to downtown and the touristic prague route.

It has very poor INTERNET connectivity..I had to look for a café shopp to made some Work office.

Nice place to stay in the centre of the city

There was a big problem to find a parking for a car in the streets around . And it cost about 30 euro/night ! The hotel has very small own parking , but it was not available

the room clean, nicely decorated, even though it is a bit small for 2 adults and a kid, it is lovely and cozy. Breakfast is also good.

During our stay the lift is out of order all the time.
