The room had everything I needed, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, everything worked out fine for me.

I had a room on the ground floor facing the street, but I've just closed the curtain and it wasn't too noisy. The decoration is a bit old-fashioned but still nice. I needed to leave my luggage after check-out for a few hours including a computer. I was disappointed that the luggage storage room was simply an open room with no control at all at the door, so I didn't leave my bag there in the end, but to be fair this is the case for most hotels.

Unfortunately there was no iron and no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Whilst we were happy to experience the traditional breakfast. There was no toaster and as I can't have milk eggs and dairy it was difficult. I'd of been happy with toast or hot porridge. And the sausages were traditional chicken sausage. Plus the daily breakfast varied. Some days cous cous and some days pasta, with cheese boiled eggs and cold meats

The people and the accommodation were great! The breakfast had lots of options, The room and bathroom are impecable very complete and comfortable. Very recommendable ! There's minimarkets open around and if you are an avid walker, you can still travel across the city in half an hour.

Everything was fine, the breakfast area could get crowded in the last moments. This is an absolute minor thing because we never wait more than 2 or 3 minutes to find a table. probably would be better if we arrived earlier !

Breakfast was OK. The room was clean and the bed was rather comfortable. Towels were changed regularly. The hotel is located in one of the central streets close to the metro station, but as the room faces the inner yard, the noise from the street is inaudible. In general, everything was normal.

There are some things which could be improved. First, the room is located on the 5th floor, maybe, this is the reason why the WI-FI is so bad. Also, the sound isolation inside the hotel is not enough, so, it was almost impossible to sleep at night because of noisy neighbours.

This is a comfortable hotel at excellent location in Prague, close to many amenities. It is easily accessible by public transport. The room was large with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. They served excellent breakfast.

Some of staff did not speak English and some of them were not friendly. However, overall I had grat experience and the personnel was mostly very cooperative and willing to help.

The location was perfect and the staff communication was good. Nice size room and good facilities for the price. Good selection of breakfast and certainly did the trick. I would fully recommend here, walking distance from all the main attractions and easy to get to from the Airport.

The pillows were awfully uncomfortable. Checkout time was extremely early too, I went to have my breakfast at 8.00am on the day of my checkout and when I returned to my room at 8.35am to go toilet the door was locked, good job I was already packed.

Cosy and comfortable room with a huge bed, warm duvet and nice pillows. It was spacious for the two of us. It was warm in the room but not too warm so it was completely fine. Breakfast was delicious, the time period was enough. Close to the new city area and shops, very near to a local park and the underground station.

There were some minor repair issues you need to fix (one light next to our bed had a misplaced part, no shower shelf to put our shower gel on, cold air came into the room from the closed window). In the morning, it was hard to find seats in the breakfast hall. The eating area is very small compared to such a huge hotel. I know it is hard to find a solution to this problem but you might want to try to satisfy your guests. Also, I missed some egg dishes (scrambled eggs, fried eggs).

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean, as well as the bathroom facilities. The breakfast was generous. There's I.P. Pavlova station really close so you can take any public transport from there and connect to the city center in a short time.

The block where it's located could get a little dark and lonely at night, although I didn't feel particularly in danger.

The room was excellent, and breakfast was very good. The location of the room is perfect, only 2/3 minutes walking distance from the I.P. Pavlova metro station that provide good connectivity from one place to another inside the Prague city and also the other cities.

Room where clean beds were absolutely comfortable and breakfast was delicious and variety of options available , hotel is located quite close to multiple attractions.

Rooms where cold at night actually the heating system was almost off at nights there were a little of noise of upstairs neighbors walking, if you are bad sleeper have to consider.
