lack of proper AC (there were 34°C), staff provided a fan, but still not enough booking process via booking.com was fishy, not clear about the number of persons vs breakfast meals the city tax that was not clear that we have to pay from booking.com site

Parking in front of the hotel The staff is super kind - they know how to create a whole experience for the tourists. Although I studied tourism management for many years & traveled quite a lot, I have never seen such nice people in a hotel, especially the ladies from the reception. Also, Ms. Dinara is super involved and kept our room spotless. And of course, Daniel and Monika made sure everything was perfect at the breakfast. Tall rooms, in a beautiful building close to the center Attention to details & small favours Great coffee at the breakfast - for me this is super important to have a great day Congratulations to the hotel manager, amazing job!

If I may offer a suggestion to make things even better, it would be great to invest in a pastry course for the kitchen staff, to improve the recipes and presentation in the dessert area for the breakfast

Very friendly staff - Alina and Daniel were great at welcoming us in, giving information, looking after us at breakfast and someone even helped me reverse my car out into the narrow street when someone else had parked too close. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Bathroom and bed were good, minibar in the room was reasonably priced. Location is good - around 10 minute walk to the start of the main tourist area, and 30-40 minute stroll to Prague Castle through the old streets. There is plenty to stop and look at along the way. The reception staff will tell you about their sister hotel down the road which has a roof-top cafe/bar and it is worth a visit for the view. Parking was OK - you may need to drive around the block a couple of times before you find something but we managed to park OK the couple of times we came back to the hotel with the car.

Room was a little hot - there was an air conditioning unit under the window but having a long curtain over it (if you want to block out the daylight) may have meant it couldn't operate well.

lovely old style hotel in easy walking distance to the river / museum/ old town. wonderful breakfast provided. staff friendly and helpful- big thank you to Monika & Daniel at breakfast; Dinara in cleaning and reception staff across the different days and shifts.

we were very happy with our stay. our only suggestion for improvement relates to the water temperature in the shower. It has a mind of its own and ran through a cycle that started with cold, moved on to just right then on to scalding hot then back to cold, then repeated this continuously!!!

The lady at the reception is very kind, respectful and her smile and calm face and her positive and proactive attitude was a great start for our stay. The Room is big, comfortable, location great, not in the middle of the center so calm area, in just 10-15 mins walking we arrive to the center. 5 mins walking from the more needed tram station. The breakfast is rich with variety, but the best of all is the smily face of Monika, and her high attention to making sure every one is saftisfied, having what they need, she made us feel at home, she turns around with this smile giving positivity to the area. While leaving another surprise, a young guy at the reception, we did the check out, and was taking the bags to the car, i followed me with the remaning bags, this act of kindness meant a lot for me. Very important also some gifts they give, ill keep it a surprise. I HIGHY SUGGEST it.

Great location, a bit on the side of all overcrowded tourist places, yet close enough if you wanna enjoy Prague’s best restaurants, bars, pubs and do a bit of sightseeing. This Hotel has elevated customer service to next level - I would not joke if I’d say that they should give classes from excellent customer service. From receptionists to ladies working in breakfasts area everyone is so nice, polite, welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend this place!

The only thing that was a minor inconvenience was the water in the shower in our room that was changing from hot to cool unexpectedly.

Solid hotel next to city centre, everything was as expected. The ability to park in the nearby street area is absolutely great, even if the search for a spot can take a minute. Hotel staff was always friendly and welcoming and everything went smoothly, breakfast was a surprise as it was above average. The breakfast team (Monika and her colleagues) did a great job, thanks!

The walls are a bit thin and you can hear a lot of what happens in the hallway and the other rooms. Not a huge problem, if you have ear plugs for the night it's no problem at all.

stay in the hotel was great! Apart from the water in the shower which didn’t have balanced flow between hot and cold water, everything else was beyond our expectations. The staff is great, helping with every single question and request. The atmosphere was very cosy, after a day or already feels like home. Breakfast was delicious, and Monika at the breakfast room was excellent help. And piano and a billiard pool, and chessboard were great entertainment.

The air conditioning wasn't working very well, we understood it was a problem in the whole hotel but it wasn't unbearable.

Very friendly staff at the reception, helpful at the check in, but also assisting with advice on local travel, shopping, etc during our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff assisting with breakfast (Monika and Alina). Every member of the staff was smiling and reaching out to us. We liked the welcome drink. The complimentary welcome bottle of red wine in the room was a nice gesture. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The ladies taking care of the room during our stay did a great job. Breafast offered a nice variety of food and drinks. The hotel takes care of parking fees during your stay (no private parking, though).

The room was a bit warm. Rooms facing the main street can be a bit loud in the morning traffic with open window. TV offered only Czech progrmes. Finding a parking spot may be a bit difficult (we were lucky to have circled the hotel three times before finding a place to park).
