The room was very well kept and clean. Staf was very helpful and friendly, no issues with speaking foreign languages either. Location of the hotel was amazing as well. All in all would reccomend.

The room was supposes to have 3 single beds, we got one singe and one double instead. It was a bit cramped and small, and the doors to the room were located weirdly, we had some issues with bigger suitcases. The location might've been a bit better as it was a noisy in our room at times. Wifi was free but had very bad signal,

Good value, wonderful location (close to public transport network and all the city sights), comfy beds, complimentary breakfast, friendly and welcoming staff, and good WiFi.

My only criticism was the level of cleanliness - probably a combination of hotel size and the relatively low number of staff (who all worked hard and long hours). Carpets needed more regular hoovering and bed linen was unchanged in an 8 day stay, although when we requested clean towels we did receive them.

Location was fantastic. It was right beside our favourite bar.. Hells 🔥 Bells 🛎 ⚡ 🍻 ⚡.. Also the staff were great 😊 👍

It was scorching hot 🔥 in Prague 🏰.. But not the hotels fault. Didn't know how to turn the Air 🌀 Conditioning on?? 🤔

Everything was Great for us. What a amazing holiday ☺️. There are two woman persons at the reception and there is a man person at the breakfast part.espacially I want to thank you. You are best persons.you are helpful persons. Thank you for everything. Also hotel location is good. Subway Andel station 5 minutes and tram only 1 minute.wifi is not bad. Breakfast is enough for me. I hope that see you next time

Room is very small.. Elevator is working with very noise. Somitemes I wake up that's way

Good location near most of the major attractions in the city and many restaurants and stores. Interesting interior. Feeling like in an old time place. Nice garden. Welcoming staff.

The room could have been a bit bigger, considering we were 5 people. It was difficult to imagine how big it is by the description and photos.

The breakfast was nice, big variety and an unlimited amount of food. The position was super good. The room was big and warm. The reception was available 24/24h.

In the room we had 2 separate beds, they were a bit uncomfortable. The sheets on the bed were quite weird, they were 2 separate sheets, it seems like they just put those 2 beds together and that's it. The shampoo in the shower finished and they forgot to fill it again.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Food was great! Prices were reasonable, Location to sightseeing was good.

The hotel is close to the city centre, the stuff is helpful (there was no hot water in the room, but they resolved the issue quickly). Conditioner in the room was working, there are a lot of sockets.

Nice central location, clean rooms (even so a bit old) and very friendly stuff. Everything was perfectly working in the room. Could recommend this hotel to everybody who has a city trip.

Close to major public transport. 30 min walking distance for most of the attractions.
