Beds were super comfortable, room and bathroom were very luxurious. We especially liked the ambience in the room. Curtains made the room very dark, which helped us sleep. Having the complimentary coffee, tea, fruits, bathrobes and toiletries were a very nice touch. Also, the location was excellent since it was right next to an important tramline. The breakfast buffet was amazing, also since it was served at the top floor, it gave us very nice views over the city. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we would love to go back one day.

We did not pay extra for the view, so we looked at a bit of an ugly inside square. However this did not bother us. To be able to go to the rooftop, you have to pay a fee per person or pay a drink. As a resident in the hotel, we got one free pass to the roof. This felt a bit unnecessary to us. We would have liked it a bit more if the roof entrance was free for hotel guests all time for this time of the year.

A unique and beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff where most helpful and very welcoming. Our stay was faultless, the room perfect and the river views beautiful and highly recommended.

As tedious as it may appear, it would be great for hotel residents to gain free access to the roof and viewing area, rather than having to buy drinks. But as I say this in no way shadows our stay here.

- nice view - luxurious room with dimmable multicoloured hidden lighting - luxurious bath room - nespresso in the room - quality of breakfast was good - very polite and helpful staff

- tap water instead of complementary bottled water in a room... this does not suit a luxury hotel - you could hear the tram in some cases - noise isolation could have been better - breakfast variety was not great. And towards the end of the breakfast, food was getting cold

Staying at the Dancing House was honestly such a dream! The view, location, notoriety of the building, room, roof..I could go on. The bath tub was honestly the biggest I have every seen! It fit a 6' 2" guy with lots of room ha! We loved the personal touches like customizable color lights, welcome drinks, passes to the rooftop view. Oh, and breakfast was a thorough buffet!

The night noise. Of course, its a city so there is no expectation for silence but we happened to have 1 night of dozens of motorcycles roaring by until the wee hours. We wished we had been provided disposable earplugs on the bedside tables. We don't hold it against the Hotel for having such a central, popular location but mitigating that through something like earplugs or noise machine in the front rooms would go a long way...especially with all the other nice, personal touches already present in the room.

Great staff very helpful. Breakfast of high standard and good room facilities. Very comfy bed.

Room could have been slightly cleaner. A number of items and bits of rubbish under the bed. Generally, cleanliness was good apart from that.

Large sunny and bright rooms with tall windows. Wonderful view of the river. Everything was very clean and the bed was big and comfortable. In my opinion, the interior design of the rooms and the hotel was simple and could be better considering the price. The breakfast was excellent and the view of the restaurant was wonderful. The behavior of the restaurant staff could be more friendly. At least a short answer and a smile instead of a nod...cold and indifferent . Well, I can understand that people may be a little confused and sleepy in the morning .

Except for a small jug of warm water on the table, There was no free cold drink in the fridge. And I think it would have been better if one or two free small cold drinks or a bottle with cold water were placed in the fridge so that the Tired guests have something to quench their thirst upon arrival. The fridge was very small and nothing else could be put in it except the hotel's drinks, so we couldn't put the perishable food that we brought with us in the fridge. Also, there were An apple and I think a peach on the mini bar in each room. The fruits were spoiled , and it was clear that they had been there for a few days.I think hotel guests are just like guests at home, and no one treats their guests with warm water or spoiled fruits.

The location in the new town but incredibly close to every tourist attraction either by foot or by numerous tram lines at your door . The bed was comfortable, and incredibly clean .Most of all , the reception staff who were incredibly polite and courteous. incredibly positioned and great view from rooftop bar .

The noise off the main road but the aircon dulled most of it - I’m a light sleeper and maybe as I had a standard room on a lower floor as well. The milk and yogurt were a warm in temperature over breakfast . But other than that great selection .

My second stay in a week in this hotel went slightly better than the first one. Few details, but able to change the (anyway high also in the first case) feeling about the stay. The staff people I met in this second stay were able to solve an issue with the invoice the colleagues in the first stay didn’t solve. The deluxe room on the right side of the building have a better arrangement and view when compared to the same room in the left side. Anyway, it is a pleasure to stay in this wonderful building and it is very relaxing to dink something and read a book while looking out at the Castle.

The colours (basically tones of grey) can be considered very elegant but have something of impersonal that do not fully match my personal taste, maybe some coloured ornament could improve it (but this is very personal, anyway). Being in front of a busy crossroad, sometimes it can be noisy (even if I didn’t have problem at sleeping during the night). The common spaces should be improved, in my opinion.

The location was great. The breakfast was outstanding.

The hotel front desk only had one person always. So when several people were checking in, you had to wait even if you only had to refresh your key card or ask a simple question. The rooms on the second floor are noisy from busy street traffic and train uo to 10pm and starting at 5am. The 2 rooms we got had a concrete column in the center of the room towards the window. I actually hit it on my first night.

Everything about this hotel is excellent, the location is perfect, right opposite the tram but also walking distance to many great restaurants and sights. The breakfast was excellent with a huge range of freshly prepared hot and cold foods to suit every taste and diet. The room was spacious, clean and with brilliant views over the river. One of the best places we have ever stayed.

Only one very very minor thing was the room was a bit hot and the air-conditioning didn't seem to cool it much but that might be how rooms are in Europe. It wasn't really an issue.
