Location is great. Tram station nearby - by the way you can purchase tram ticket from the reception, which is very convenient. Also Tesco and other supermarkets and cafes close by. The room itself (we had triple room) was very convenient - as there were two separate areas, sitting area and sleeping area. With door in between. Plenty of furniture, kettle, mini fridge... all you need was there. Breakfast was also good - a very decent variety of food, different types of eggs, cold cuts, vegetables. Also the restaurant downstairs is nice - good food and polite staff. Sitting area outside the room on the veranda was also very nice (1st floor). Overall a very decent hotel in a great location, good value for money.

1. No hungers / hooks in the bathroom. Its easy to fix, and will be so much more convenient! 2. Cleaning the first day was not that great - they left dirty cups on the table and didn't replace the instant coffee. But after we told reception about this the issue was solved. Generally cleaning of the room was not at a great level. 3. Beds are confirmable, but the pillows were real disaster - too big and flat....

The girls at reception spoke English very well, thus were very easy to communicate with and get all of the important details from, very accommodating. The room we got was spacious and clean, towels changed every two days or so. The options we had for breakfast were great. All the major tourist spots are within an hours walk away so for us the location was great.

The biggest issue we had was that after cleaning the room the window was always left open, and as we only ever got back in the evening the room got a little cold by the time we got back (it was February).

Room was clean and spacious, the bed was large but the mattress was soft. Bathroom ok. Noisy air con equipment outside our window, so it had to be closed at times. Breakfast very good, lots of choice. Staff at the reception spoke very good English and were very nice and helpful, but staff at the breakfast room spoke no English and were not trying to understand foreign guests. Bonus- at 13 Euro per night you can park your car at a car garage nearby - we used this option and would recommend it.

The bathroom was a little dated, but still clean. The cleaning staff started vacuuming corridors and cleaning rooms early (app. 7:30 in the morning), which woke us up every day.

A variety of foods including several very good grilled sausages, fried eggs, multiple kinds of bread and a fancy conveyor belt toaster. Fried vegetables, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, some salads, deli meat slices, a selection of cheeses... As you see, the breakfast was plenty good, at least from a meat eater perspective. The room was spacious, brightly lit and air conditioned. There was a TV with mostly Czech and German channels. A single bed for two as requested, and also an extra one, single size, idk for whom ;)

a large room with a large lobby and accessible nice terrace. Responsive staff (we had a damaged mattress and they changed it immediatly with a new one). Very good and various breakfast. A nice atmosphere all around. The historical city-center is easy to access by tram.

the smallness of the bathroom, the smell from the kitchen in the morning comes into the room. An armchair would have been nice in the room because we are talking about a 4 stars hotel. The parking is difficult.

Excellent place! Probably the best breakfast I have had in any hotel! The only slight problem was the wood frame around one of the beds - it was too high and I sometimes banged my legs and feet into it. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Prague!

The only slight problem was that not all of the discounted public transportation tickets were available. They had run out of some types. Not a big issue because the Prague transportation system is excellent, and it’s always easy to get tickets including a nearby ticket machine at a tram stop.

The breakfast is already included in the bill. When we check in, we told the receptionist that the hotel is closed, she said that she send an email with the code to access the hotel. I did not expect that there is no receptionist and the hotel is closed at 9pm. She gave us a dinner voucher to compensate us for not able to sleep that night.

We arrive late and the hotel is already closed, there is no receptionist. They send a message to my email but its already too late, I was not able to see my email. Since we cannot access the hotel, we have to walk around at the middle of the night to look for another Hotel. Too bad experience. You need to check your email if you are late to check in.

The location of the hotel is very good. It takes you 10 minutes to reach the most important attractions. The personal of the hotel is nice and hospitable. The room was clean. Breakfast is very good. The hotel has his own restaurant, what is very comfortable if you want to have late dinner or drink something. We enjoyed a lot, hope to come back there one day!

We took twin room with 2 single beds and a private bathroom. The only minus was - windows at the ceiling. Because of the bright light it was difficult to sleep from 5 a.m. Maybe they could fix it with some curtains or jalousie.

This hotel is perfect. i would love to recommend it to my friends. They have nice staffs, the check in process is smooth and perfect, the room is perfectly clean. it is 35° in Prague because its summer, but in this room i feel so comfy because the air conditioner works very well. everything is clean and neat. i love the bed. they have comfortable bed. there is a fridge and kettle in the room. for me, the price is cheap and affordable. and the location is perfect. so yeah i dont have any complain. i will stay in this hotel again if i go to Prague.

they dont have bath up but its still okay.

The rooms were clean and the furnishings of the rooms gave the impression that they were new. The hotel itself has excellent position in the city with respect of the very good price.

We had rooms 105, 106. Unfortunately the curtains were too short and the street lights and advertisements partially shone into the rooms at night. In addition, noise from the equipment outside entered the rooms through the entrance. I think it would be good to equip the entrance with noise insulation.
