Property was in a great location, near tram stop and Lidl which made it extremely affordable and accessible to head into the main town. The bed was comfy and the air con and fan made it nice and cool to sleep! Shower worked really well and all facilities were very clean. The staff were also very helpful at explaining everything and provided information and some recommendations.

Loved the sky light in the day, however, although there was blinds, it did make it quite bright in the morning! Recommend bringing an eye mask.

Great location and the apartment has everything you need. A fridge, coffee and tea facilities. There's also extra towels and toilet paper provided and you're able to watch Netflix as well. The apartment is very clean and the shower was nice and warm. Peter was very friendly and explained to us how to get to the city center from there and recommended some restaurants. For breakfast, definitely go to VinCafe around the corner of the apartment: it is delicious! Located near the city center but away from the loud noises of the city. Felt like a safe neighborhood.

One of the matresses was completely sagged, which was uncomfortable. Could be a real problem for older people or just people with back problems. Otherwise our stay was great and we will try to book again if we ever go back to Prague!

The room was clean and is in central location. There's a Lidl supermarket very close to the apartment. It just takes about 5-7 minutes to get to the old town with the tram. Peter is an amazing host. He made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. He also suggested a great view point a kilometer away from the stay. It was AMAZING!!

Maybe some extra towels? Otherwise everything was fine. :)

-there is no enough towel for face (just one bath towel ) -we were a couple, the bed was big but it was seperately ( two single adjacent bed. a single duvet for each person) - there is no luggage room , but here is a studio flat andthere is no reception desk, so its normal . we put our luggage to a locker in the main station) BUT ALL THE THINGS ARE OKAY FOR US BECAUSE ROOM, CLEANING, MATERIALS, LOCATION (ALSO LIDL MARKET 2 MIN BY WALK) WAS PERFECT.

The place was very well maintained, very clean and with all the things in great working condition. It had as well a small table with 2 chairs, which were ideal for home office and having a small bite. The location is excellent, a few minutes away from the city center with the tram, and the area is off the beaten touristy places, so it's a lot quieter. Our host was really nice and charming, and showed us around everything we needed to know about the place, and as well gave us great tips about the area and other places in Prague.

The place was very nice and clean. The location was really good, a 10 min tram ride or a 20 minute walk to old town Prague. There were delicious food places near by, better than the old town center. The property manager was amazing, he was there whenever we needed him. He even gave us great advice on restaurants and beautiful views near by.

This place is in a neighborhood right outside the Old City, It is very easy to walk (20 minutes), but there is a tram just down the hill that takes you to the gates of the Old City --2 stops. On the way back you might want to go a stop past the apartment and walk down hill to it. In any case, it's easy. You want to 6, 9, 15, or 26. The apartment we stayed in is on the ground floor, and that might bother some people, but it is a quiet street, so it shouldn't be an issue. It wasn't for us. Peter was wonderful, but he will send you to this pace called Spirit Bar. It is fine if you like duck and goose. If you want anything else, it's not for you :)

Nothing. This place is perfect. There is no cooking facility, but you can have coffee, tea, and the like, provided. We found it comfy and cozy in November. And tat is the right time to visit Prague. You might get good days (we did) and not be trampled by hordes of tourists.

Place is so clean, only a couple of stops away from the center, very comfy and quiet. Like the decor as well. Peter was so helpful, he gave us very nice tips about the city and helped us finding and settling at the hotel.

The only downside was the temperature of the room, it was cold at the beginning since it was empty for some time, but later Peter took care of the issue and the room got warm

The TV is all in Czech however there was Netflix to use which was a nice touch.

The USB socket next to the bed did not work meaning I had to buy an adaptor. You had tea, coffee, sugar etc but no milk despite having coffee cream! Just these 2 things would have made the stay 10/10.

Well-equipped (hairdryer, kettle, tea, coffee, fridge, fan, TV with Netflix), comfortable, clean and affordable accommodation within walking distance from the main train and bus stations. The old town and the center of the city are also very close. The owner is very helpful and it is easy to communicate with him.

One small thing, we tried to visit 3 places recommended in the infopack at the room prepared by the owner, and all of them were closed - even though probably as a result of the pandemic, it could be updated.
