I was in Prague for the 3rd time and this was definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed in.The rooms were impeccable clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices for even the picky ones. Great location! Within 10min walk you will be at Vltava river, 20min you are in the the Old town square, historical part of Prague and the same distance (15-20min walk) is to Hradčany castle. Also,connection (metro,tram,bus) to all parts of the city is fantastic. Hotel Libero also offers the cheapest parking in Prague!!! Since we stayed for 10 days this meant a lot for our budget. Shopping mall Novy Smichov is within 5min walk,where you can find whatever you want. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and for my next visit to Prague this will be my first choice.

- Too crowded dining room with only 7 round tables for breakfast. I suggest buying different type of tables. - Disturbing flickering lights on switched off air conditioner and TV - Closed reception after 6 pm - No remote control for air conditioner - Expensive minibar - Missing bigger trash bin - Missing electric tea kettle

The room was very comfortable, clean and cozy. The staff is very kind and always ready to help. The breakfast was amazing and tasteful. I recommend it and I will choose it again in the future.

This was a hotel room that had 2 twin beds and a third twin that became a king bed when the trundle pulled out. There was no kitchenette, but there was a mini-bar that we used to store some of our own drinks. We had a private bath with shower and tub. The tub is narrower and sits higher than what we’re used to in the US. It’s something to consider if that could be difficult for someone in your group, and everyone should just be extra careful (though none of us had any incidents). Our AC worked great. We did notice that it had pretty much cycled off when we woke up on our last morning there (Is this a thing in European hotels?). That said, the temperature had dropped that night, so it may well have cycled off not for cost savings but because of the outside temperature. It definitely did work during the 2 hot days we had in Prague. The free breakfast was pretty good. In addition to bread and pastries, it had heartier items like eggs, sausages, cold cuts, and cheeses. Our location was not in the center of everything, but it did serve us well. We were less than five minutes away from a tram stop. We could get to the center of the old town in 15-20 minutes. I did not spot any supermarkets nearby, but there was a mini-mart down the street from the hotel where we picked up drinks and snacks: between that and the free breakfast, we didn’t need a full supermarket. If you take the tram one stop or walk about 7 minutes you will find several restaurants.

Very attentive, kind and helpful personal, fluently speaking English (and of cause Czech). Very clean and tidy (neat) rooms, the rooms are equipped with everything you need. Breakfast for all tastes, tasty cakes/bakery. A few hundred meters away, there's shopping center Novy Smichov, underground station and tram/buses station. There is a green park not far away which you can walk with your pet. The hotel located about 30 minutes on foot from the Old town center. In season, there are not a lot of parking places on the streets around. But there is a parking not far away from the hotel (about 100 - 200 m). As a hint, you can ask to reserve a parking place there for you (if any).

Friendly, welcoming staff. Big, nicely decorated room, everything well maintained and clean. Big bathroom, plenty of toiletries. Family-like atmosphere in the dining room, good choice for breakfast. Good location, close to mall, shops, market and metro station, not far from the centre or green areas, where you can forget all about the street animation and noise.

The room facing the main street - noise was a problem. In addition to the traffic, works were underway in the street. Too warm inside once the sun is up and during the night, and the windows could not be opened properly.

Really nice friendly hotel near the city centre. Choosing this hotel was an amazing choice. The value you get for your money is insane. The rooms are really tidy,clean and well organised, spacious. Breakfast is great, with multiple cold and warm options. You can reach the city centre in 10minutes with any public transportation, or you can choose to walk, because this city has a lot to offer. Main sights are closeby, the rooms are quiet(even the ones facing the street/tram side). We got fresh towels every day, the staff was welcoming, spoke good english, and treated us like friends. Would recommend for anyone to stay here

It’s a very nice hotel in the center of Prague. Value for money is very nice. Great food, good room.

The checkout is at 10 o’clock, which I think is not Ok. For the late checkout (at 12) you have to pay extra regardless if you told the receptionist that you will have to leave a little bit later. I’ve been around the world and this is the first hotel that I’m at, that the checkout is at 10 o’clock. Basically is you eat and leave. Not a good surprise and it really bothered me (especially if you have a late flight).
