The cleanliness of the room is excellent, the company cleaned the room every day. The presence of paper napkins in the toilet is very hygienic. Clean towels and bed linen. There is a fridge, kettle and tea. Modern interior design. Good breakfasts (buffet: vegetables, scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage, cakes, tea, coffee). Availability of an elevator. Good location (from the center 15 minutes walk). Always available hotel staff.

No air conditioning (opening the windows to the street was noisy because of the cars, it was quite hot). WiFi is not always good in the room. An additional city tax must be paid upon check-in (approx. EUR 2 per night).

Location of the hotel is pretty close to National Museum (8-10 minutes on foot), Main Rail Station (12–15 minutes on foot), etc. If you book an option with windows to the courtyard, there will be pretty quiet even with the windows opened. The room itself was clean, without any unpleasant odors, etc. On the basement floor there is the "Beer Spa", I strongly recommend visiting it.

Breakfasts were not so good as expected, specially considering a not so budget-friendly cost of the reservation. Literally, the first time I encountered a lack of a simple trash can in a room. I can not understand the cause of it. And unfortunately, the daily service does not include additional tea/coffee bags.

Location of the hotel is pretty good. It is relatively close to the underground station or tram (8-10 minutes by foot). National Museum is reachable by foot. By underground or by tram you can reach old part pretty easily. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was just enough for the family of three.

I would say there is nothing that I didn't like, but If I have to chose, then it is the fact that our room was facing main street and you can hear some of traffic there. This might be inconvenient for light sleepers.

The room was on the 5th floor facing into the inner block of houses, it was very quiet despite the hotel's location on a main thoroughfare. The atmosphere of the room was calm and quite elegant, it was also of good size and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom.

Instead of one large bed there were two beds pushed together - and they kept sliding apart on the wood floor, creating a gap in the middle. The beds were also a bit too hard for my liking. Breakfast was OK but it would have been nice to have a few more choices. The pastries also did not seem very fresh the first day but were fine the next day.

We stayed here for 3 N. Loved it. It's closer to the metro and bus station. The breakfast is great too. The room is fully equipped with basic amenities. People are warm and welcoming. They guided us with local attractions and events which are a plus for tourists like us. Room service is on point. Don't hesitate to ask for any customisation as they did for us where we requested a take away breakfast early morning as we had a very early flight and it was delivered on point. We loved our stay.

The price was great though we booked just a day before. The buffet had a lot of food, the only it would be great to put the writings what is what. The workers were very helpful. Great that there is a lift

Quite thin walls, easily can hear what happens in other rooms. And hotel is a bit far from the bus station, a big minus when you have heavy luggage.

For the money, it's a great place with decent budget lodging and breakfast. If you're not too much interested to spend money in an accommodation and want to explore Prague, this is a great stay. Also 3-5 walk to the Metro station

The reception service was excellent: it was efficient and fast. we were checked in on arrival, and could pay by card. The check-out was also great and carefree. The coffee was quite good, and the choice of cold buffet was also good. The restaurant was very clean, and the service quite fast. We also appreciated the yoghurts.

The choice of dishes for breakfast was rather limited. We would like to have had more hot dishes (omelettes, fried eggs, sausages).

EXCELLENT LOCATION! The hotel is located in the perfect area that is outside the craziness of the touristy areas but easily accessible with nearby public transportations and other nearby stores. The free breakfast in the mornings were extensive with many options. We stayed for 1 week and the cleaning ladies were very nice. We initially debated on staying closer to the center but were very happy we chose this location! Amaxing view

Tiny shower - no bathtubs. We almost missed breakfast because we were not informed about the two separate rooms for breakfast. The queen sized bed is two separate mattresses.

The staff excellent, The rooms were clean, Window in the rooms with sky view. Perfect location and price.

The Wi-Fi was not work on 5th floor in the rooms, during our stay. The beds too hard, could be a little bit soft.
