The hotel is close to the centre and the main attractions of the town. The room was clean and comfortable - the beds were especially nice. The breakfast was varied and really good.

The automated check-in/check out is not the most convenient and can be confusing. There should always be someone at the reception to keep an eye on the travellers using the system and helping them if they have questions or something is not working. The reception is empty most of the time. We checked out today and we weren’t sure what to do - we left the cards in the box as we were told and we pressed the Check Out button on the screen but we received no confirmation of checking out and even after pressing the button we could still access our reservation and check out again, it was quite confusing.

Quite nice small hotel; the cleanness was appropriate. The staff was overall friendly. Great location close to the town center and quiet district. Breakfast was good and of reasonable quality.

One day the room was not cleaned up (this is expected for the ****hotels) due to unknown reasons. The bill was issued in euro but not in the Czech crowns; this results in an increase the overall price. The car parking was not included in the room price and additional daily rate was charged.

Beautiful room, excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff. Especially Ryan made our stay really enjoyable. He is extremely service oriented and very helpful. He gave us lots of tips and useful recommendations. The fact that he spoke perfect english was a great asset! We would definitely stay here again and we can also recommend this hotel to others. It is in an ideal spot for day trips and exploring the area. The air-condition was a blessing. We really enjoyed our stay!!! Our small dog also had a great time and felt very comfortable :o). Breakfast was good.

The beds are a bit hard. The non Czech TV channels are very limited.

The hotel is situated in the center of the town. Also very close to the railway station. The hotel has a paid parking, but there are a lot of free parking places. There is no personal at all in the hotel ) Check in/out by yourself with very friendly digital reception:)

While visiting Teplice I always chose to stay at Giovanni Hotel. For me it is definitely the best choice in this town. I was a little anxious about covid precautions which required self check in, but finally there was staff help to go through the process. I appreciate nice attitude of the desk attendant. The room was very spacious and clean, as usual. I enjoyed the breakfast. So, the next time it will positively be this hotel again. :)

Breakfast was a continental buffet style. fresh bread and croissants produced daily. My rooms was very comfortable, with a minibar, excellent wifi and a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a large shower, toilet and a bidet.

Room was a difficult to warm up in the early evening. Radiator was luke warm most of the evening, but warmed up during the night. No big deal really.

breakfast was OK, decent choice, self serve. Large rooms.

more attention to detail, e,g shower gel ran out on first shower, no tissues in the room, air con was OK but not great, reception was unattended until 12 pm.

Cozy hotel. All our expectations were met. We were with a kid, a nice girl at the reception gave a room with a separate sofa, which was very good. The breakfast is great. We'll come again. Thank you very much for the service.

Air conditioner in summer is a great think! The room was clean and nicely decorated. I came with a dog and the cost was OK. I enjoyed my stay.
