Very nice location just looking over Usti nad Labem. Private parking and incredibly friendly staff both in the hotel and in the Restaurant. Cable car direct down to the shopping in the coty centre. Very good breakfast included. Nice fitness centre available. We did not try the wellness and sauna, but this is also available upon request. Very good value for money.

Nothing really worth mentioning, but the restaurant and terrace closes a bit early (22). If you wanted a snack and a beer the reception however fixed this from the lobby bar with a smile.

Beautiful location, reachable from the city by car or via the cable car (~10 Euro for a family with a stroller return trip, closes around 10pm). The views at the venues are great, and there's also a restaurant in the hotel which means you can always get food if you don't feel like going to the city.

The furniture was rather old - for example, sofa pillows were sagging when you sit on them. AC seemed old as well and we had trouble controlling the temperature (might be room-specific, since we were directly under the roof).

I stayed in this hotel during my business trip to Usti. Unfortunatelly I didin't have a view of the city from my room, but I guess it was beacuse I had booked a cheaper room. The breakfast was excellent! Location of the hotel is nice for walks in nature. I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel is located on a steep hill and the cable way is working from 9am to 8pm (during winter), so you have to think about it, especially if you have for example a suitcase. Or you can just climb the hill and do something for your body :)

Great location overseeing the city of Usti n.L. The rooms are quite nice and functionally equipped. We requested a room with desk and strong Wi-Fi as we had to work from there and were not disappointed. Daily cleaning and housekeeping. Helpful staff at reception.

Restaurant staff was very in direct complaining about 'just' 10% tip, which we gave for usual service. This was our first trip to Czech since many years and we were just not aware and gave European average of 10%. Later we ask local people and got the feedback that this would be quite sufficient unless there is some extraordinary service.

I was on a tour from AT to DK. This was just a layover. Probably the best hotel in town. Almost everything was more than ok for the price. Well, it is not a tourist town, but I found it great to have a look over the river and the town. The lookout from the restaurant terrasse is gorgeous. The tables outdoors could be improved. The AC in the rooms works quiet and well. The personal is very friendly. If you are a railway-fan you get a perfect view of a major hub. Including all the sounds that come from old coal trains. But they are faint, far away. No disturbance.

On my night the WiFi wasnt working at all. But they said it was only a temporal problem. And in the morning (I like to sleep in) at 9:30 the warm water in the shower was not warm at all. I skipped showering. So, if you are up early it might be ok, if you like to sleep longer...take a cold shower.

I always use this hotel when travelling to this location. It is a nice, quite area, providing comfort and relax after exhausting working day. Staff is really TOP, I feel always welcome there. One advantage is as well Gym availability and the cabin lift from the hotel to the shopping centrum Forum (very cheap and comfortable). My best recommendations.

Missing minibar or possibility to make a tea or small coffee in the room.

The hotel is situated in a great location with easy access to the centre via a cable way. The restaurant offered excellent quality and interesting food and the breakfast was generous. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. The whole hotel was spotless. The staff were professional and unfailingly helpful and friendly.

The room curtains did not block out the floodlighting (the hotel is floodlit) sufficiently, so the room was not completely dark and the windows did not block out the noise of the trains shunting in the rail yard to the north of the hotel (my room was north facing). There was a lot of noise very early in the morning, which woke me up.

A hidden gem, especially for those with small children! - An amazing playground with a cafe that serves 1/2 liters of beer for 1 euro (also a hedge maze on the grounds) - a cable car that goes up to and from the property that would excite any 4-year-old - a great view (with lots of trains to watch) - a great restaurant that serves quality food with a super friendly staff - an included breakfast with good food and a wide variety - not expensive

Hallway and room carpets could use a good cleaning.

I am a returning customer. Hotel Větruše is my favourite one, location, atmosphere and Staff approach are excellent. Very unique hotel and always a pleasant stay.

I miss the minibar in the room or at least a teakettle. I understand the environmental impact and reason to cancel the minibar but I would appretiate a possibility to prepare a cup of tea or instant coffee in my pyjama in the roon 😉.

What a beautiful place to stay. We had a family room, which was huge: a small kitchen/living room with a bar and 2 separate bedrooms. A nice surprise was a Illy coffee machine in the room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The view from the hotel was outstanding. Having breakfast with the beautiful view into the valley. There is a gondola lift going to the city down. Too bad we only booked for one night. We would definitely like to go back and stay more time and walk the trial that starts next to the hotel.
