Kind staff, nice and large welcome lounge with snacks and drinks, comfortable bed, easy access, 24-hour parking for 1500 yen, good view, super soft futon blankets, extra amenities available free of charge. Price range is medium and was appropriate. Glass walls on the bathroom is interesting.

Bathroom is super cramped. I hit my leg on the sink a couple of times. A lack of privacy if you need to use the toilet as the door is glass and it doesn't muffle sound well from the room. No sheet to cover up with, just a really thick, soft, warm futon blanket. I sweated my butt off and was alternating between having the futon off and on. Side of bed is against the wall so if two people are in the bed then one will have to crawl over the other or get out at the foot.

I had to walk a bit to get to the hotel; not the closest to the station. Have to catch a free bus in. So best thing is get off the Shinkansen, go straight to the tourist info centre at the bottom floor and get the information to get to your hotel. There are three bus lines that are free with your JR pass. The hotel had free happy hour which was great. Staff was friendly enough.

Lots of Chinese visitors to Japanese visitors. I realised the name after the booking! Japanese staff were very friendly. The happy hour was good but the food and drinks kept running out quickly and had to prompt staff to refill. For a big hotel, I didn't think they had enough washing machines and dryers.

breakfast good. Close to main part of town..We were staying on Promenade of Peace do a nice walk along to dome and peace garden..Staff organised taxi to shin-train and driver actually came into get us. That's a first. We also had a great view from our window of city lights at night

Room a bit small, but after initial shock, you got used to it. l found the step into the bath for shower very high.

This is hand down the best hotel in Hiroshima for this price range. Everything was exceptionally good and I would gladly stay again. From the check-in process and the complimentary drink and snack bar to the really clean and comfortable rooms. Location is pretty good and it's, in general terms, one of those properties that pleasantly surprise on the first stay. Really recommendable.

Nothing worth pointing out!

Very convenient location. Bus station is right infront of the hotel. Also almost everything is reachable by bus or foot. The rooms are clean and tidy and the staff was very helpful.

The breakfast was plain and not great quality. It was not worth the price at all. I'd rather recommend food from conbini. The rooms were a bit small, but it is to be expected in Japan.

The staff were very welcoming. There were snacks and coffee available from midday. The hotel was nicely situated across the road from a bus stop, and within a short walking distance to the Hondori district and Hiroshima memorial site and museum. Restaurants just a two minute walk from the rear entrance/exit.

The position is a little bit far from the station, the room was clean and nice but very small. But, overall was a nice experience to stay in this hotel.

Clean comfortable rooms with great views. Free drinks and snacks after 3.00pm in lounge. Good location between station and peace park.

Quite pricey for Friday/ Saturday nights. Book well ahead. Not huge difference in quality compared to other hotel chains.

The location was close enough to the station. The room was comfortable. Complimentary tea and snacks service in the lobby for guests.

It was good, I have no suggestions to improve for this price bracket - it is a reasonable hotel at a fair price.
