Room was very spacious, and spotless, as one would expect from 5 star hotel. Spa area was excellent as well, with larger than average gym and a great kid-friendly pool, both overlooking the city from 10th floor. There was also a great variety of spa treatments available. Staff was generally very nice and helpful but lady working at spa area deserves special mention, as she was one of the nicest and friendliest persons we’ve met at any hotel.

One thing that was a bit dissapointing was breakfast. That’s not to say that breakfast was bad, but it was just not at the same level as the rest of our experience. Bread and other pastries felt like they were leftovers from day before and they also had very limited coffee and drink options. Another annoyance was that parking was rather expensive, at 24 eur per day.

I briefly stayed here for a concert nearby and it was perfectly situated and reasonably priced! Rooms are well insulated and I could not hear the outside/other rooms. Considering it was 30 degree heat, I appreciated a staff member providing a second key card to allow air con to be left on to cool the room. Staff were very friendly and polite. I even used the room service for food from the restaurant which was excellent with a good choice and excellent pricing. There is also underground parking with allocated spaces for the hotel which I did use. This was very handy. If I visit Zagreb again I would definitely stay here again!

The only negative was that when the bathroom light was turned on, the fuse would trip - this was easily fixed by turning the fuse back on. This was a minor issue and I raised to staff who were very apologetic!

Pool & Spa area was very nice. Beautiful view. Everything was very clean. The facilites were very beautiful, very nice bathroom.

The door to our room was very loud, you could not leave the room without waking another person up. The door to the bathroom did not close completely. Sometimes the water in the shower switched from hot - cold. Parking fee is very expensive. Location is not the best, its a 30min walk to the centre. Only one sauna was working.

We arrived at the hotel after a long drive with an infant so it was crucial to put her in bed asap. The check-in was quite fast and the receptionist (from Denmark, I believe) was really nice and welcoming. Since we stayed for just one night we didn't have enough time to use all the amenities (like wellness or pool) but we enjoyed the hotel restaurant and it was quite nice with good food and drinks.

When we arrived we booked a baby crib which wasn't in the room. That was a problem since we were traveling for a couple of hours and had to put our baby to sleep. After two calls to reception it was fixed but it would've been better this problem didn't happen at all.

The facilities like SPA, jym, and swimming pool were extremely nice and clean.

The check-in process was quite impractical: we first stayed in a queue for some time, than the person at the desk told us to wait more to speak with her colleague, and only after that we managed to check in. To their credit they did apologize immediately and offered us cookies both when we checked in and when we left, plus it all seemed to be linked to some kind of IT problem they were experiencing.

Great hotel ! Facilities are amazing. Pool, spa are lovely and we also had a great massage. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant is amazing.

You have to pay for everything on the spot, instead of a bill at the end. Which I personally find annoying! For example room fee on arrival, room service or dry cleaning, they called me late in the evening to come down and pay, I wasn’t allowed to pay the next day during check out!

Lovely rooms, with stylish decor and very comfortable bed. Nice pool with great view over city, plus exceptionally friendly and professional manager of the wellness centre. Good breakfast, with some quality touches, like honey from comb, plus smoked fish option.

Location perfect for business district, but less ideal for sightseeing, although tram takes you into town from right outside hotel.

Hotel has a lot of amenities and all amenities are of a very high standards. We used the spa, which was very nice, clean and with helpful staff. The restaurant provided a wide-ranging breakfast buffet with lots of options. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were so pleased with the hotel that we changed our morning plans to use the facilities longer rather than leaving early as originally planned.

Liked the pool and spa area (included in price, btw) the room was very clean.

It would be great if the room had a little balcony (im a smoaker so it was a pain in the butt to go downstairs to have a cigarette), the parking for one night was 25€, so yeah.. I was in 4 star hotels that give the same for less the money, but all in all, it was a good expirience.

Parking in -5 is dengerous for me. They block 650 euro (for minibar use....... strange to belive) The pool is very small for that number of rooms and lack of maintenance in the SPA aerea. They didnd checked in without a credit or debit card and the lady in the recepsion was not so friendly and helpfully. She send me again to -5 to present my credit card witch i forgot in the car although i said her that im driving 6 hours and please let me check in first . I will give you my card after the shower in 30 minutes.
