The interior, the cleanliness, the kids pool area, the food, the staff. Very impressed!

Unfortunately, we were unable to find a free table at breakfast so we had to eat on a sun lounger! But we didn't mind as we were very relaxed. But maybe a few more tables outside to ensure everyone gets a space

Great Pool for kids. The Gym is small but good. Breakfast good.

Too expensive. Pool smells like urine because of too many people with bad manners. 2 Elevators in the hotel. 1 did not work properly.

even booking.com mention the prices is including breakfast but during check in, they said it is only included 2 Adults and 1 kid for free, the other kid need to pay 206baht.

Single mum traveller, excellent facilities for family and sooooo close to the beach. The staff were incredible. Location was excellent, 7/11 downstairs and terminal 21 just down the street. I had the most amazing stay and would recommend this to anyone thinking about travelling to Pattaya.

Very friendly staff who are willing to help and try to meet many of our requirements. ie: i ask staff in advance to help me arrange one corner of their restaurants for a surprise Birthday party . All staff helped a lot without too many instructions . They quickly understand the style i requested . Staff prepare cake and venue decor … even with canape to start with . I am really thankful and impressed with their service . Excellent job .. ❤️

Breakfast is good / but should have variety of choice and change choice often . Most people will not eat the same food for 7 days ..

The resort has a children's play area, a mini pool area for kids and families where you can also order food and drink along with a bigger pool on the 5th floor. The rooms we were in was 1414 and 1416 which had good views of Pattaya on both sides. 1416 has a view of the sea with the Pattaya sign in the distance. Room 1414 has a view of the sea facing more towards second road and jontiem further in the distance. Rooms were ideal size and were clean and cleaned daily. Resort also has a 7 11 near by connected to another hotel but very handy and open 24 hours. 5 mins from Beach road and 3 mins from Second road and 7 mins walk from Terminal 21. Would definitely use again.

Taste good but need to have more choices and change menu . Like congee there is congee everyday , may change to thai rice soup sometimes or other soup for breakfast .

Allocation of room . We booked our room 3 months in advance for deluxe sea view … but when we check in we did not get the sea view room ( but get upgrade to a bigger room with no sea view ). I think the system should be improved why gave sea view room to the customers that walk in or booked after us .

I have stayed at dozen of hotels. This was on the top of the list of best stays experiences ever. The staff at this property are all great and hospitable! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Walking distance to meals, drinks, massage & etc.

The TV’s needed to replace.
